Extremely overpriced: the food quality is very poor; they staff with no customer service skills touch food and coffee grinds when they make coffee with their bare hands/no gloves on which was shocking to witness. Tables are always dirty and occupied with people who do not eat or drink but use their laptops, so you cannot sit down and have a meal.

Overall a cool little spot in downtown Redwood City with some great options for cafe food and good artesian type coffee bar options. I'm a fan of the decaf Lavender Latte with almond milk. There is usually space either indoors or outdoors and there is free WiFi. What drops this down is the service, not sure what it is but the workers are just not "nice". They always seem to be moody and rarely do I get one that is happy and kind. I've been here a lot and not sure they ever say hello, have a smile on their face when you say thank you or even respond with you're welcome. They are just silent except when they call your name to pick up your drink and feel like they want to get you out of their way. From the cash register to the actual barrista not friendly at all, not mean, not anything just blah. Great place overall, better than Starbucks obviously, but def not as friendly. ?

Been here a handful of times. Poor quality all around. The quality of service as well as the drinks. No effort made on either end.
Came here to work and the wifi was impossible to with — it kept disconnecting me every five seconds. No sign announcing it. I had to ask someone who worked there who told me this has been happening for the past week, after I had already paid for coffee. Ask about wifi before sitting down!!

Super disappointed by this Coffeebar location. Spent 2 hours here and my food order was declined twice because apparently the place was understaffed. At the same time two fellas were scratching their noses and talking about bees and butterflies behind the counter. Feels like the person running is completely checked out. I really love their espresso and will miss it if they don’t address the management issue.

Shit service here. Ordered a pour over and watched them prepare it. While two people were busy making all the fancy espresso drinks for everybody else, my coffee just sat there in the glass carafe for 10 minutes getting cold. Finally had to ask if I could please have my coffee that's been sitting there untouched for 10 minutes and they toss it in a cup, only half full and hand it to me. No apologies, no nothing, even when I mentioned that the coffee wasn't even hot anymore. Never coming back. A waste of the $6.50 -- especially the $1 tip I gave.
