I ordered from UberEats. There was a promotion for $10 off $40. I ordered 3 ordered of sashimi and my order totalled $45 plus tip. I received 3 orders nigiri (what would cost $21). I called the restaurant and they explained the issue was that their receipts don't show whether one ordered sashimi or nigiri, but agreed my price reflected sashimi. They offered to give me free sashimi if I visited in-person, which I explained wasn't an option. I asked if they could call UberEats and they agreed. Uber reached out and said they were only going to adjust $7, which isn't correct.Do not go here and support a business that is cheap and unwilling to provide the bare minimum customer service (i.e., not taking monies from customers that are not owed).Worst of all: The sushi is average at best.

Love this restaurant. We know the owner, who is also the sushi chef, and we have been eating food from this restaurant but mostly order to go. It has plenty of items on the menu. I like the tempura. It is cooked nicely. The sashimi is fresh, and the hamachi roll is unique. The special ramen has thick chewy noodles, which is good. The soup is not that heavy. It is interesting that it has a scallop. It is yummy. Overall we are satisfied with our dinner.

This place has become our go-to sushi place. The owners Victor and Queenie always take good care of us. Yes sometimes the service is slow, but that’s a common issue with all restaurants post pandemic.Food is excellent and we frequently come here (once or twice a week).Reading the other reviews it’s surprising to me.People that don’t often review and aren’t local guides dissing this place. Also two taps show that most of these reviewers only leave bad reviews, so that should tell you what kind of people they are.Check out this sushi hole in a wall, you will not be disappointed. Our favorite dishes include the shrimp and mushroom tempura, double hamachi roll, the classic spicy tuna roll. They also do catering and their sashimi slices are THICK, check out the photo.

This place is the best neighborhood sushi spot and we come here very frequently. The food is incredible (sushi, sashimi, appetizers, ramen, everything on the menu) and the owners and staff are friendly. It has a great neighborhood feel and the booths are super cozy. We bring all our out of town guests here when we want to show them our favorite place. We love Otoko and you will miss out if you skip it!

The sushi here are great but the Ramen is terrible, smells like raw pork . The owner was very rude when I asked to get something else. He started scolding me that I have no respect for not liking the food. He kept lecturing me that I'm not doing the right thing by asking another dish. Not coming here again If you can't appreciate the customer. Lost customer.

Bad sushi, ate one piece of a roll and spent the night throwing up because of it. Ordered it for take out though so the service was fine.

Be Warned! You will still be hungry after the miserly portions. Ordered the lunch bento with sashimi and shrimp tempura. Portions are TINY! Usually sashimi is served as a meaty portion of fish about 1"- 1.5". I received two pieces of maguro and two pieces of salmon about 0.25 -0.5" big. My husband also ordered the bento but had Salmon and avocado maki. His fish portion was a thin slice of grilled salmon no thicker than 0.25" and only about 3-4" long. So disappointed! Bento price is $15! We were both still hungry after finishing everything, even the piece of lettuce on which our "main entree" was served. Never going back. Too pricey for too little.

An exquisite culinary journey! Every morsel exudes unparalleled freshness, a testament to the chef's dedication to perfection. Each piece was a work of art. The sushi was a revelation, balancing delicate textures with robust umami. What truly elevated the experience was the considerate service. Attentive staff anticipated every need, recommending pairings that elevated the entire meal. The ambiance was serene, allowing the food to take center stage. A dining experience that transcends mere sustenance; it's an immersion into the essence of Japanese culinary mastery. A must-visit gem!
