9:15pm Thursday night, small Asian fellow tricks me into getting a plate over charges me and never lets me know I could of atleast got another item, after about 10m of calling same guy picks up and tells me it’s to late for me to get the food I’m owed and tells me I can’t refund either the whole reason I even came was for the Beijing beef and it’s day 2 they don’t have it and refuse to make any really poor experience plus parts of the orange chicken was inedible ( see photo )will go back when someone else at register

For fast Chinese food this is about as good as it gets as far as quality vs. price goes. It may not have every dish you may want, but they have a good selection of items that satisfies me. I like the "plate" which includes a choice of either rice, fried rice or chow mein, and two entrees. My go to entrees are Bijing beef and something else like mushroom chicken, mopo chicken or more Bijing beef. And there's free chop sticks and fortune cookies!Parking: Sometimes parking is difficult - like around meal times.
I think the food is GMO. Certainly feels, taste drastically different then before each time I go.

Very bad customer service by the person who runs the cash register. They only have chopsticks and not even a spoon to eat rice with. All other Panda Express has at least a spoon. Originally they didn’t give us any cutlery or chopsticks. When we asked they gave some attitude.

This Panda store suck!! Is the first and sadly the last time I'll go there. There was a line of about 6 people waiting and employees just wondering around like chickens with their head cutoff. Food was crusty and old! They don't pay attention to the costumer and they don't even thank you for your order. As I was paying an other employee had a question and I was ignored. I needed utensils for which I asked and she tossed the fork and hot sauce at me. I was able to catch the fork but sauce fell on the floor and I just left it there. Management need to pay more attention at what's going on in their store before we the costumers stop going there and they'd be forced to close due to irresponsibility.

I come to Panda Express every week,and the portions of food is not consistent I went yesterday 9/15/2023And they give me the portion of normal they give and today 9/16/2023 I bought 2 plates and they give me less then yesterday like half of order.. I'm so disappointment.Please All Panda Express manager be sure all your servers put the same amount every plate every day
If I could leave no stars, I would. Worst Panda Express I've ever been too. I came in looking to get a $11.50 plate really quick. I didn't get greeted properly, as it seemed like the worker didn't speak English properly. However, I then had asked for my 1 side of chow mein and an extra side of rice. Once one of the employees plated 1 of 3 entree(meat) choices on my plate, they immediately brushed off my other two options I requested and started working on customers order behind me. I respectfully asked multiple times if I could get those two other options added on to my plate and I still didn't get help until I got up to the register. Once I got to the register I requested for those 2 extra meat options but got interrogated by 2 of the workers who barely speak English themselves instead. Once they questioned what I wanted, I got rang up EXTRA for the 2 other choices I had. Worker #2 then took my food out the bag and pointed at my 1 entree item and told me "this is what you asked for!" And had employee #3 go take some of my shrimp off my plate. As soon as I saw her throw the shrimp that was already plated for me back on the tray, I immediately told them nvm about the food and left after they did that. Im NEVER the person to bash foreign languages spoken in public at all, but to think I don't know I'm getting disrespected in another language because their pissed off that they couldn't understand me, is embarrassing. Don't come here without intent to get what you want. Very unprofessional place.

I looked to the back of the restaurant where I seen a worker whom was on break, touching on his nose, his mouth, and then proceeded to put on gloves and come and serve food. No one is washing their hands.
My girlfriend and I walked in August 9th and we ordered a large side of potstickers since they're her favorite, except once we sat down and began to eat we realized that the potstickers were really old. They were too crusty and that made it hard to chew down and swallow. I politely requested to have new ones made and they rudely declined my request, and dismissed me. That was really rude.
