The food and the place is amazeing however the ladies that seat you are very poor at customer service, because the food is good we go back, however the ladies working the register NEVER SMILE, they act like it is torture to assist you or give any recommendations.The inside staff the gentleman there are always kind an helpful. But the first interaction of the place is getting looked at crazy and evil.Once inside all good.

Tried this place a couple of times. Got the veggie combo plate one time and the Kale salad with falafels added another time.The veggie combo was fine.The Kale salad is served completely cold except for the falafels, which seemed freshly fried. I wish the salad was served at room temperature. Also it seemed like made of store bought ingredients which I could just buy and put together myself. Didn't find it worth the $17.45 price .This place also has a patio for hookah and seems very popular for it.

There is not much variety of food and the service is terrible! I asked for a glass of water and the waiter told me that he was very busy and that I should go and pour myself one.
Came for a family reunion lunch. We wanted to sit in the back patio which looks super cute but they wouldn't let the kids sit there. Even though none of us were smoking Hookah.Not too busy on Saturday at 1:00 p.m. which was a good thing because we had a party of eight and there was only one table that could fit us.Food was great. We had wraps and various pite. Fries and falafel and salads were good.Lots of choices on the menu. For dessert, we had baklava and Turkish coffee and rice pudding and they were delicious.You can order on your phone or at the counter and they're pretty fast.If you don't have kids under 21, I recommend sitting on the back patio.

Waited 2 hours for a table outside and never got called until we decided to just eat inside and leave. The fact that there is no time limit on outside tables makes it impossible to get one without a long wait. The food is just Okay. The atmosphere is lively and fun if you’re looking for loud music/dancing.Also, please treat your Hispanic cleaners and table workers better, I witnessed a heart breaking incident where one of the Arab workers or maybe a manager totally disrespected one of those guys. Be kind to them, they’re also human.

We arrived and placed our name on the waitlist. After 2 hours, we hadn't been contacted. Unfortunately, the waitlist system didn't function as expected for us. It might be helpful if the restaurant could update the estimated wait times or offer more communication during the wait
