The cashier we dealt with this evening was so incredibly rude. As soon as we walked in she was already snarling. After we ordered we went to our table and waited for our server. Luckily our server read back our order and we realized there was a mistake with the one meal. Our server went to the cashier and the cashiers response was that my husband ordered that particular meal and he was wrong. Regardless if he made the mistake in ordering or if she made the error in placing the order, she had no right to continue harping about her being right and being loud to where people can hear her complaining. Then she continued to glare at me across the restaurant while harping about being right. How can you enjoy your meal when you have someone throwing a tantrum. We ended up getting a refund. This cashier has no business working in the restaurant industry.

Disappointing. The service was fine, but the food quality was not what it used to be. I had a hard time digesting it later. The clam chowder was the only thing I enjoyed. This restaurant chain seems to have run its course.

Our waiter was very helpful she would check up on us and the food was pretty good It's not bad but it's not the best.

Growing up Sizzler was the best place to go. But things have changed. We asked our server for a second plate of the unlimited shrimp and he looked at us like we are crazy and then proceeded to ignore us. So we just got up and left the meat was overcooked and tough and the shrimp were not juicy they were totally overcooked and a little bit burnt. And unfortunately there were only a few workers who were busy doing things that really didn't have anything to do with serving food.

Hey Owner! Update this restaurant. Make an effort to clean the carpet, walls, tables, chairs, counters and every inch of this place. It's so disgusting and we will not be ever going back.

Gone downhill in a hurry. Very rude waitresses, preferential treatment to their personal friends, older people standing around looking for a place to sit while holding their trays, dirty dishes and utensils (had to send all back for clean ones)food quality embarrassing, rubber chicken and uneatable chew steaks. I know some of the help were trying to perform their jobs, no manager. Waited and waited at our table and twice approached the kitchen staff asking for service.Seems like some waitresses resented their customers... The salad bar was ok.We will not be going back.

Why don't the managers give work to the people they need, because they want to work as waiters knowing that they have a good salary, but with what they serve they should not allow that is not right

Sizzler Salad Bar is still in town. Their variety of salad bar is not very good. But Clam Chowder soup is good. Most personnel servers are not very customer-care minded, but one waitress is serving great. I often eat here because of a good senior rate. Not best recommend place but good to have one nearby.

I ordered the steak with coconut shrimp. It was very good. The meat was soft, and the shrimp were tasty. Drank water.

The servers were nice and tried to be accommodating. However we ordered their sirloin signature steak meals. Thesteaks were tough and chewy. Couldn't even swallow it. Sent them back and the second ones were just as bad. They replaced the steaks with chicken breasts. The chicken breasts were rubbery and tasted burnt. Will not be eating here again.

Quality of the food is not good and gave me violent food poisoning for a day and a half! In pain right now as I’m typing. I had the burger and the salad bar. Absolutely disgusting

Decent food, good cashier, bad service Had lunch recently at Sizzler, which I used to visit often before Covid. The cashier was efficient and courteous and knew how to process a senior discount. The salad bar was nice, and the prices were very reasonable. But the service was poor. What was wrong with it? I asked for coffee but got decaf. I asked for water but got none. I asked if the minestrone was vegan but got no answer. To get my plated salad, I had to remind the waitress and show here my receipt. I asked for dinner rolls but got cheese toast. Later I wanted more coffee, but the waitress was nowhere to be seen. No name tags were worn. On another day, the cashier had to be the waiter! Poor guy. He did his best, but all the food items arrived within one minute of each other. Had to wait a long time for coffee. Where does Sizzler find these waitresses? At the White House? Will go again because I like the steaks but can only hope that the waitresses will do their job.

For the price the sizzler is good, not many places to get steak and lobster for under 30. The steaks are sometimes thin so take care when ordering your temperature. The salad bar has been updated for the better.

As a door dasher I pick up food orders from Sizzler, and deliver them to hungry customers. Cause when you have to eat, you have to eat.If you’re not allergic to seafood, I recommend their New England Clam Chowder and Seafood Salad. The restaurant manager and I work together at Peninsula Boardwalk on Veterans Blvd and Walnut St. As a security officer, I inform Sizzler of any shopping center announcements and updates, and they make sure my food orders are still hot and fresh when I arrive to take them home, or as a dasher when Door Dashing, I deliver hot food orders to hungry customers waiting to take their first bite.Sizzler is open from 11am to 9pm, 7 days a week.
