Paid for my food. Left a tip in the tip jar. Then "manager "Benjamin said I took money from the tip. He looked at video, found out hewas wrong. And never apologized. Never going back.

Hard to enjoy my meal when the cooks music is blaring over the restaurants music. Distasteful to say the least

Grade D beef, as far as I can tell. Way over priced.

I actually like The Habit. We have been there a number of times in Redwood City. Except for a time when we went in and tried to use the Kiosk they now have setup, all is usually as good as expected. I will not use the kiosks again. There were problems with the order and the cashiers could not help because we used the kiosk. The food is good though. I don't live in the area anymore but I will try them where I live now.

Great impossible burgers, but they need better straws.

Burger and fries were delicious, but a bit small. Somewhat expensive for what you get. Dining room was clean and attractive, but kinda chilly, as is (unfortunately) so common with restaurants.

For fast casual, you cant beat this Habit .They are friendly and helpful. Char broiled burgers yum.Shredded lettuce instead of big chunks:) I love the onion rings. Ive had the portobello burger and the regular single.Perfect. Best choice for those who like a medium size lunch .

It's a monetary risk ordering from this place through delivery apps. Both me and my sibling have had refunds on items we didn't recieve denied, once they even went as far as to go through uber eats to rescind a refund my sibling had recieved after getting an incorrect order after they had recieved it, without any kind of notice except a new charge of $30, about a week after the fact. The lack of notice is probably Uber's fault, but recently we ordered again and didn't recieve a fry, tried to get a refund and was simply told I was "not eligible" after submitting it.If you included all the items, there wouldn't be a need for a refund. You've got good food but it's just not worth the risk as disabled people who have to order our food this way if we want takeout, which is really a shame because y'all are one of the closest restaurants to us able to get us the freshest food.

I enjoyed they're new menu item "Korean BBQ burger. It had two kinds of meat! Sauce was savory and a Lil sweet. Both my fav's. Good job guys!!!Vegetarian options: Impossible burgerParking: Spots for daysKid-friendliness: Yummy kid options and boosters availableWheelchair accessibility: Wide open ordering area at front counter and kiosk

Bun was stale and fell apart. Counter help was akin to McNamara's morons. I feel bad for the handicapped guy at the counter trying to do the job. Appeared to have a palsy disorder of some sorts.

Not sure what's happened to the burger recipe? A bit too salty.

I can't say never thinking I do not give five stars but this is my forth visit and I must say, I haven't been disappointed. I was craving a juicy, fat burger and gave this other new place a try by my place and it was the worse: dry, overcooked and the fries were terrible. The next time I Googled different establishments and settled on The Habit, at Sequioa Station in Redwood City. Everything about this place told me the standards were set high because the staff was what one would expect--courteous, and super friendly. The place was neat and clean. The grill is right there so you can watch the cooks do their thing. The fries are the best, period, and the servings were very generous, spilling over reminiscent of pre-pandemic times. I can't say enough about this place except try it, you'll agree. No more fast food places that charge astronomical prices for measly servings. Enjoy.

Great spot for a quick meal. This location is particularly clean and new. There's a semi-outdoor dining area (covered and gated outdoor area) in addition to a large indoor dining space.

We used to like this place. Last visit the employees were rude and enforcing seriously cheap rules no doubt imposed by the local manager or headquarters.First as the cashier was entering my orderi saw that she charged me $0.80 for extra bbq sauce. She didn't tell me she was going to do this of course. I asked and she said they must charge for condiments other than ketchup. Ridiculous.I was there with two kids and one of them ordered a child meal with the little gummy burger candy. My other child wanted one too and we nicely asked. The guy grumbled without even looking at us "only one per child meal". Couldn't spare one with my other child's $15 burger and fries. Even more ridiculous. Then as I was eating my burger I noticed they failed to even include the bbq sauce for which they charged me $0.80.So we won't be returning. They made an extra $1 on our $45 burger meal for 3 and lost a repeat customer to do it. Good strategy.
