I love Aky's! Yummy Mediterranean food, Vegetarian food, salads, soups, breakfast, etc! You must try her Vegetable Soup! It's the best! I almost always get an extra side of Dolma to go as well as the Mezza Plate. So good! And she is the sweetest person on the earth! Her whole family is great!

Aky's Cafe is a local treasure. It's owned by a wonderful Persian family who have been part of the Point Richmond community for many years. We have eaten there many times. Aky greets us with such warmth, we always feel right at home. The food is delicious, lovingly prepared, and very reasonably priced. This is the kind of business that truly should be supported.

A group of us stopped in for coffee and treats and were greeted by the sweetest couple! We parked our bikes outside and some ate inside and some ate outside. All agreed that the coffee was good, they had a nice selection of creamers. Not sure if they offered Splenda sweetener. The chocolate cake, muffins and other pastries were fresh and tasty. The restaurant was clean and staff was friendly. I will go again and try their soup and sandwich which sounded yummy in description.

What an absolute treasure -- went for the first tine today, and will definitely be back. The eggplant parm is a little bit different than what you're used to, but a whole lot better. Everything is housemade, and clearly with care and love.

So this may be my favorite place of any type to visit. Aky is amazing and genuine. If you are all bout lines, order and things perfect we’ll this isn’t for you. If you love feeling genuinely cared about and how your food is and it tasting healthy and great at reasonable prices then your in luck !!
Very good sandwiches and customer service but I was looking to eat Persian food so I was thrown off to be honest. I was told to call in advance because Persian food is served once a week.

Whenever I visit this place I get to get greeted really courteously, food is amazing everytime and everyday. The owner itself always does an extra step to make sure you are well served and happy. Ps: Lasagna eggplant was their special today

It's my second time here with my girlfriend and WE LOVE THIS PLACE! The lady - I think her name is Aky - makes us feel at home from the moment we walk in. She's so sweet, so generous. The food is really healthy and homemade. You can tell she makes the food as if the customers were her family members and friends. It's made with love. Make sure to grab the natural juices, the chicken sandwiches, and the salads! That's what we have had every time we've been here and they were delicious! We forgot to take pictures because we were busy eating hehe.
