I'm so sad to hear they're gone. No one can make my peach green tea w/ passion fruit jellies like they did. :(

Located inside Pacfiic East Mall, their last day of operations was 4/25/2021. Wanted to stop by again on their last day but they closed earlier than their regular hours. I remember trying them when they first opened and thought it didn't have enough tea as I would like so would often go to Ten Ren instead. If I wanted something fruity, I'd go here. Sad to see another shop close. Now only shop to get a drink would be HK Snack House until the HK cafe opens up.

They only took cash when I visited, and the ATM at the mall may not be operating when you go, so bring cash. The rose milk tea was great and the sweet potato fries were perfectly crispy!

Came here after a Ranch 99 grocery run since they're in the same complex to treat myself! I ordered the jasmine green milk tea with boba and it came out to $4.75. This place is cash only btw. Service was quick and there was a large waiting area. My first thoughts when drinking it were that the tea flavor was really nice and strong, and the boba was a good texture (balance of firm / chewy and a little bit sweet). As I started drinking more, the cup started to have this powdery residue on it (see pic). I'm not sure if this is from a powdered creamer or powdered tea that was used. It felt like it was also leaving a weird coating on my tongue and the aftertaste wasn't that pleasant. It also made me more thirsty after finishing the tea. For the price, I think there are other bubble teas places I'd rather choose like the Ten Ren that's also in the Ranch 99 plaza.

Cash only, BUT they do have multiple options for drink toppings that Quickly and other boba places don't - the jellies (lychee, green apple, grass, rainbow), pudding, small Boba, popping boba, etc. Lots of variety. Also, they have a secret menu: you can order Halo-Halo!

Our OG boba spot (along with Ten Rens Teatime) but this review is for the toast. Picked up the strawberry and condensed milk toast and definitely coming back when we're craving something to snack on! The milk bread is soft and thick and the strawberry spread tasted like a less-sweet strawberry yan yan! Condensed milk toast was great too. Will try the garlic and definitely the honey toast with toppings next!

Solid boba teas and smoothies! Came here with my cousins and we all really enjoyed the drinks here. This boba tea spot is located inside of the Pacific East Mall. This is a cash only business, so make sure that you have some dough on you before ordering (they don't have an ATM machine). The owner is super nice and accommodating. The prices are actually really reasonable although not all of the prices are listed on the menu. They also have ice cream, coffee, and your typical boba tearoom snacks available. Milk substitutes are available for the lactose/vegan/and non-dairy fans. You can also customize your sweetness level and add additional toppings and flavors for a nominal fee. We ordered a Thai Milk Tea, Coconut Avocado Smoothie, Taro Milk Tea, and an Avocado Smoothie. My go-to smoothie is usually avocado, but once I saw that you could add additional flavors in, I just KNEW that I had to add coconut to the mix. I know it sounds like an odd combo, but coconut and avocado is hell of refreshing to me for some reason. And if it's mixed well, it can taste so damn good. Oh yaaaasss, it was splendid! They use real avocado in their smoothies too, none of the at mar fake powder ish. You can really taste the difference. My cousins all enjoyed their teas, and my oldest cousin was raving about the Taro Milk Tea. She opted for coconut milk since she's non-dairy and really enjoyed the taste of the taro. It's super clean and spacious inside. I don't come out to Richmond too often, but I really like hitting up the Pacific East Mall when I'm nearby. I'd definitely come back for another smoothie though. It was yummilicious.

I ordered a honey chrysanthemum and immediately regretted it right after a sip. All I could taste was honey and zero tea flavor. I saw chrysanthemum flowers in the drink so I'm thinking they brewed it with real chrysanthemum, but they put so much honey that it overpowered the whole drink. It was sooooo sweet that it gave me a headache. I took a couple more sips after to see if it'll taste better, but nope. I had to go somewhere else to get another drink. Never again. Maybe their boba drinks are good, but stay away from the honey chrysanthemum. It's basically a $5 cup of honey and water. The service was great though and they only take cash.

The boba and drinks were pretty good, however the drinks my brother and I got were not completely sealed - I found out the hard way as my drink spilled a little on my clothes. Please fix and make sure your sealing machine does its job properly!

Cash only place. Chicken wings took longer time but they’re tasty. Sweet potato fries are good too. Worth the wait.

I love this place, it's my favorite boba place in the area. I love the mango milk tea, and the staff is always very nice and they make it so fast. I've been visiting them a lot (socially distancing and with a mask) and they make this quarantine so much better.

This place is located in Pacific East Mall I came by after 99 Ranch. Like most places, they're doing takeout only during covid-19. The seating area is off limits chairs are removed and stacked away. Service is cool order at counter and wait most places are already like that so I know the drill. The guy was cool and quiet let me look things over and answer questions regarding their products. Made up mind with matcha milk tea with boba (additional cost). I didn't have to wait long maybe under three minutes had it in hand and OTD. Before taking my first sip I wasn't expecting much because of how i the place look being quiet and no entertainment. However, I was quite surprised walking out to parking lot straw pierce throw plastic film a sip revealed good amount of matcha and chewy fully cooked boba. Matcha taste like it could be use for ceremonial tea time celebration, it wasn't too sweet because I asked for 25% level and they follow through. Don't let a average looking shop like this fooled you, there could be something worth going for when you least expect it. They've short hours due to covid-19 better call to verify before going. #pacificeastmall #parkinglot #social-distancing #friendly #efficient #flavorful #matchagrade #snacks #takeout #traditional #seasonalfruit #smoothie #milktea #hot #cold #toppings #customized #icedtea #fruittea #boardgames #Dreyer'socecream #coffee #caffeine-free

This place is a hidden gem. Boba is good and soft plus they have different options of toppings. The milk tea is great, however their Thai tea is on the milky side i personally like it more tea and stronger. Overall, this place satisfies my boba cravings. They take cash only so he prepared.

I did not like this boba place at all. To be honest, I got something really basic and it was just not tasty at all. I took a sip and threw it out, and I usually EAT/DRINK EVERYTHING. I just couldn't power through this boba. Boba was hard in the middle and slimy on the outside and the milk tea itself was bland, kind of warm (the ice melted a lot) and I just couldn't continue with it.
