Best mangonada in town hands down. Great service! Always friendly! I always recommend this place to everyone!

A small little shop in Richmond competing with many more around its location but by far this one is the home of the mangonada and tostiloco !! The tostiloco is loaded not half way like the other shops . The mangonada has a generous scoop of ice cream in top with fresh mango slices around the rim and lets not forget about that great mango syrup that goes on top amazing!!! They also have crapes that will be my next try I'm sure it will be just as good as everything else . The service is friendly and very welcoming but most of all they have Mitchells ice cream !!! I know right wear else can you find Mitchell's ice cream around hear ! this is truly a gem in Richmond will be back for more !!

Great friendly service and delicious ice cream. A local gem. Hard to choose among their flavors...we had their Dulce de leche, Oreo, and bubble gum flavors. Our kids loved looking at the butterflies on the ceiling.

I've been to Portumex several times simply because they make a very solid menudo, and I don't have to wait for the weekend to get it. On one such hopefuloccasion, I was dismayed to find Portumex closed. Instead of roaming 23rd Street in a futile attempt to find back-up menudo, I sauntered next door to this compact and rather packed ice cream shop.I was thrilled to discover they serve Mangonada. Less thrilling was the $9.75 price tag, but the quality of the ingredients and their assembly made it more justifiable (photo: bit.ly/3ThEntQ). It was clear the proprietor took great pride in her shop, and it made me want to return. The ice cream was good, but it was a bit overpriced. And the place had this cloyingly sweet smell mixed with B.O. that felt suffocating. Keep looking.

Best antojitos ... the lady who I believe is the owner is very nice .. sometimes the parking is not the best but every time I see a spot I stop to buy a snack ... today I had a bionico and i could not ask for anything more .. it was delicious!!!

So happy to find a place for a treat near Kaiser! Stopped here after getting my kid her booster shot for a big scoop of Mexican Chocolate Ice Cream! Many great ice cream flavors and a sweet white chocolate heart topper. We will try to return when anywhere nearby!
