Service was quick and our food came out fairly quickly. The margaritas were great we got a second pitcher. The pork tamales were DELICIOUS! I recomend the BBQ tequila wings and sopes!

I like to sit in at the bar and watch the games, the margarita is very good. The service is always good at the bar, but the last time I was there they charged 18% service fee if you sat there. I didn't care for that I always had tipped more. My favorite is the seafood enchiladas with the creamy tequila Sauce. I don't know I have had it anywhere else and I enjoy it. The chips are good, the salsa too. I had the fajitas before overloaded with bell pepper but still really good. If I had one thing to say the Happy Hour menu would be nice if printed or it was online. It is a great place for parties.1 star because the food is always barely warm every time, but they will reheat it.

Visited El Agave Azul for the first time and was thoroughly impressed! The late lunch experience was fantastic - the Michelada and Strawberry Margarita perfectly complemented my delicious Shrimp cocktail. A great Mexican restaurant in the area, and I'll definitely return whenever I'm in the neighborhood.

Had to wait for my car to get serviced and this spot is directly across the street from the shop. Food is good pretty authentic. I'd go back for sure maybe next time bring friends and have drinks too

We love El Agave Azul! We come often and it is always delicious food and a sweet, wonderful staff. Our kids always want to come here w us when they’re in town. Two kids are vegan and they always accommodate them.One test of good Mexican food for me is the taste of the rice and beans. All delicious!It’s a modern place with clean, spacious rooms, and even a clean parking lot!Love the atmosphere too!Dietary restrictions: Vegan needs were met.

Always a good time with good food and service. Really love the steak fajitas, tonight I tried the Pozole and really enjoyed it. Our kids love eating here too. My parents love to get enchiladas and the Chile relleno.

Giving 2 stars is generous, but the staff was so nice I couldn't see hitting much lower. We have lived in the area for just over four years and this was our first visit. Unfortunately, it will also be our last.Food was below average overall, with the star being the salsa and rice. My wife ordered the prawns a la plancha, which are butterflied and grilled. They were so overcooked that it was hard to peel. The real crime- despite taking the time to butterfly, they don't de-vein the shrimp- pretty gross. I'd say the prices are about 20% or so too high. They also charged for chips and salsa but never disclosed that (they actually brought them to the table before we even ordered drinks).I'd say this spot is a skip if you've never tried.

Food: 5/5Chicken quesadilla was flavorful and had a decent chicken to cheese ratio. I ordered this from the happy hour menu and I was surprised at how it was enough for a full meal. Margaritas are good, not too sweet or watered down. Service: 5/5Made it there right before happy hour which ends at 6 and the hosts were more than willing to accommodate. One of the hosts was extremely knowledgeable and helpful about which tequilas to try. I felt every person there went out of their way to make this experience a good one. Ambiance: 5/5Lovely music, theme decor, ample seating and booths.
