Disappointed for the 2nd time ? Definitely was a one hit wonder. The first time eating here the food was great. I decided to back a second time and a ant was in my drink decided to give them another try and this time was even worse. Food was cold literally gave me 1 half of a lime for 3 cold tacos and my dink taste like pickle juice overall 0/10

The food there was wonderful but the customer service was questionable they just took my order and just left waited almost a half an hour for four tacos and a burrito and the place was not that busy food was Don't know if I would go back getting my food took a little bit too long for my taste.Parking: The building is on the corner on a very very busy street had to go around the block two or three times to find a park

Let me start by saying that I'm from SoCal and I've been living in the bay for about a year now and let me tell you. It's very hard to find a good Mexican spot up here because a lot of them miss. El garage is very good. I love their tacos quesabirria. But for a small Mexican restaurant and not having rice and beans is a big miss for me as well. Also I know we're going through inflation, but just recently they upped their prices and made their portions smaller. An example would be their quesabirria. They used to be three tacos and you had have to buy the consume on the side which the consume I did not enjoy at all.. it surprises me that the meat was cooked in this broth. Now it's only two tacos with the consume on the side. The price is just not worth it for the whole menu, which is upsetting because I do enjoy the spot, but the way they marked up their prices and smaller portions I think is dirty

Does anybody know if this place is still open? I have tried going 4 times and it's always closed even though yelp and google maps say it's open and every time you call there's no answer.

Heard about this place since 2020, and been wanting to try it. I think I expected too much, after trying out other Mexican spots that has quessabirria tacos. This one wasn't it. Tacos was a good 3/10 Too cheesy and flavors didn't hit The menu is very little and went there no rice and beans. Everything was over price for the amount of food.

I finally had a chance to try the OG quesabirria, and it did not disappoint. Whatsoever. I've had a bunch of these lately and this is by far the best. They started out his garage years ago, hence the name.
