Trying to reach the Rheumatology department via phone, waited on hold until someone picked up my call and immediately disconnected it. I can hear people talking and the button click. This happened 3 times. I guess they don’t want to answer the phone? Weird behavior for a major hospital.

I had an emergency appointment at 10:30am I got there at 10 am I was called right away Doctor came in the room within a few minutes, explained everything I needed and I had the procedure done within 20-30 minutes, they make me feel safe and taken care of.

Dr. Zack Belowitz is a ROCK STAR! I was referred to Dr. B for a PRP injection. Dr. B was surprised that I had never been referred for ongoing postoperative neuropathy and took an immediate interest in my nerve pain/numbness which had been worsening in recent months. Instead of a PRP injection, Dr Belowitz found a neuroma via ultrasound on the deep perineal nerve which was the source of my increasing nerve pain and numbness of my foot. Yesterday, I had surgery in RWC to remove the neuroma by Dr Patrick Pezeshkian , and I’m happy to report the sensation to my toes and bottom of my foot have been restored along with no more burning, crippling, nerve pain. My future is looking brighter!
