Watched my burger patty go from hot water to a microwave, seriously how hard is it to install a grill. Cheap but employees are nice so that’s a plus.

They always get my order right. It’s always busy but they always make time for me and make me feel important. I ordered a 8 piece meal. I can’t wait to go back there again. I know it’s difficult with rude customers who try to take advantage of the people there but they stay professional and kind. They don’t get paid enough unfortunately but they’re definitely worth a million bucks, the employees are amazing. Can’t wait to come back!!!

After 3 tries I have to write something about the chicken from this KFC. The chicken are not fresh. The old recipe is not being used to cook the chicken .if the owner can read this, do something about it or I won't come back .

This is on my way home, at least 2x a month I order thru the drive thru. However, every other time they mess up my order. I don't mind paying extra and I understand sometimes it can happen when its busy. But this time I ordered a 4 piece with 2 legs and 2 breasts and they gave me a leg, thigh, half a wing, and breast. There was no one else there and they charge me extra for my order. I will never go back there again. I am being generous just not going back there. The minimum wage is 15 dollars, the employees are not worth it.Parking: The whole restaurant would be better if it was a giant parking lot.

Chicken was on point. Staff here not friendly, kindly rude to the point that they don't want to be be. I went drive through at night time, menu board was not lit, I told the lady while there and also at the window and she ignored me like she was deaf, she was Hispanic, Samoan looking. Last but not least, can KFC look at their receipts, it don't have no ink, so I don't know if I was charged right.

Horrible experience, they forgot half of my order, didn't find out until I got home ( 30 minutes away) the person taking our order in the store was rude,and dismissive. Never again.

I arrived 5 min after clocking out for my 30 min lunch break(I work 8-10hrs). A women rushed through my order , even saying everything was present when the food arrived. I drove back to my workplace to eat and noticed my coleslaw & macaroni missing. I returned and grabbed a receipt to check if I was charged , which I was:(. I didn't get to eat lunch

DO NOT go to this KFC. Reason: On Aug 1, 2022, I ordered a 9 piece bucket of KFC chicken via drive thru and when I returned home, I only received 8 pieces of chicken!!!! I did not want to make a second trip so I decided to write them a letter and requesting a 1 piece "credit" during my next visit. What happened? NOTHING. KFC appears to REFUSE to give me a credit of the missing 9th piece of chicken because their staff could not count. There will be no next visit for me. Go to another KFC and make sure you do count the number pieces of chicken in your bucket. This KFC near Starbucks and UPS store should go out of business. This is because their staff cannot count up to nine and the management refuses to correct the problem.
