I came to pick up my food and the lady was super rude. That's fine with me as long as the food is amazing haha. I asked for hot sauce and she said there was A LOT in the bag already. There were 3 tiny little hot sauces as you can see in the picture... FOR 2 BURRITOS. I asked for more hot sauce and she gave me the stink eye and grabbed me 1 tiny hot sauce. Let's just say I didn't have enough hot sauce as I ate my burritos... Ordered the Carne Guisada Burrito and the Revolcado Burrito. The burritos were Very underwhelming and the meat volume was way too low. I'd like more meat on both! They were unique in that it's a stew based ingredients that go inside and there were Huge chunks of potatoes in the burritos too. I had a few bites with Only potato for this reason.Great to try stew style Burrito, but I wouldn't get it again here.

I was craving a good burrito. I ordered from DoorDash. OMG. They messed up my order completely. I specifically made very clear special requests which were all ignored. I ordered two super burritos. One fish and one chicken. I received a chicken burrito with shrimp lol smh I was really craving a fish burrito. I ordered a taquito & received a taco instead. Missing hella ingredients from the burritos. They didn't have any tomatoes or guacamole. No pico. Just dry and gross and wrong. The plantains were soaked in oil. Just all wrong. No thank you.

i ordered a vegetarian burrito it was supposed to include bean rice and everything else but i asked for fries in it too i didnt mind paying extra for potatoes in my burrito but she didnt put the beans rice and everything else in the burrito it literally only had fries cheese and sour cream and i paid $9.00 for that. so disappointing and unsatisfied

Don't get me wrong, the food here is good. I've had the nachos, tacos and burrito. But 16 dollars for so sopa de res and you only put on piece of beef in the soup?? If I wanted veggies soup I'd make it at home or at least order a veggie soup. The flavor was there but the ingredients weren't. Which sucks because I was really hoping to find a spot on this side of the bay for my sopa needs. But I guess I'll just have to revert back to driving all the way to the city for it. What a shame

Food is expensive and customer service is bad too. Wouldn't come back. I asked for 3 orders and they gave me attitude I asked for their prices and asked me if I thought it was to much for what I was ordering and I told her yes and still continued ordering. Like I said her attitude was not good. Very bad customer skills. No doubt they don't obtain to many sells. Disappointed
I would leave zero if possible. I used their online ordering and prepaid. I arrived to find a closed restaurant. When I contacted the establishment the next day, I was told that they did not speak English and there was no manager to speak to. When I said ok, I'll call the police, I got the number of a manager. He talked me into keeping the order and letting them cook it for me another day. I called to arrange this the next day. I arrived 45 minutes after order was placed, 20 minutes later than the arranged time. When I arrived, one unmasked worker was eating, another unmasked worker was taking cash, without cloves, from a customer who wasn't wearing a mask. When I said what I was there for, they told me it wasn't started, they needed 20 minutes. Then both workers turned toward the food prep area. Neither washed their hands. I told them not to make it. I informed the manager, have been in contact, and nothing has been returned. I would like my $46 back, no loss was incurred, my food was never prepared. If they can't stay open reliably, they shouldn't offer pay ahead online ordering. And the establishment is not safe, no safety protocols were followed at all; even pre-covid, handwashing after cash handling and eating was expected. Very disappointed.

I just received a delivery order from this place and the food was really great!! I am so anxious about ordering chicken in anything because there's usually untrimmed pieces of cooked chicken with fat or tendons in it and if I bite into that, I can't finish whatever it is. Their chicken is cooked perfectly. The super taco is amazing! Also ordered the steak quesadilla and the meat was tender and seasoned well. I am impressed with this place. I read reviews and I can't understand why they don't have higher ratings. It was perfect to me!!

We ordered through DoorDash and it was our first time for Quetzal. It knocked my socks off! The best chicken burrito I've ever had; moist, tender chunks of chicken, delicious sauce, great value. The pupusa was delish. Tacos al pastor very generous and yummy. Great!!
