Wow. Walked in. 2 people sitting at tables. Employees wandering around slowly, i think they needed coffee or something. Walked over to the register, wasn't greeted and was ignored for 5 mins while i stood waiting to place an order. Walked out. Worst Starbucks I've ever been too.

We were there at 7:30pm and they told us they were closed even though their sign says it closes at 8:pm. Disappointing ?

This store doesn't open till when it is supposed to close . I understand if they close the inside earlier. They put signs up saying as much. But they're drive- thru hours are I till 8:00pm on weekends and 9:00 on weekdays. This is posted both online and at drive thru window. Their drive they closes at least a half hour early. We arrived at the order station at 7:30 and they are supposed to be open till 8:00. They said there closed. So we ended up waiting for the person in front of us to be helped as a long line of cars formed a wait line behind us only to wait to leave. It would be fine if they just changed there stated hours (that they have posted in window and online) I'm not sure if this is the employee just wanting to lean early and walk out the door right at closing or if this is the managers idea but it's kind of misleading for the costumers.

Kinda feel the Barista's of today in this establishment are not as experienced enough for me to feel confident on their knowledge of making simple drinks. Why? Well I ordered a Grande Caramel Macchiato with steamed half & half or I would sometime say to have it breved. Then they would ask me right after..."Is that the warm or cold drink?" Well duh??? Who makes cold drinks and ask to have steamed half and half? I mean where is it in the menu that has that type of cold drink with half&half??? They can't tell me that drink exist, cause it doesn't. How do I know?? I know. I use to be a barista myself and took a happy approach into being knowledgeable on how to make drinks that are offered on the menu. Besides, I like leaving cash tips for the Barista's cause I know how they depend on tips as part of their income. I really don't mind breaking bread like that with them. Then I seek the service of this establishment and they ask me questions that they shouldn't have to ask. Like"Is that a cold or warm drink?". Again, duh!!! Does Santa only appear during Christmas only? Duh! Polish your drink making skills cause till then zero tips goes to the unknowledgeable Barista's of Starbucks today. Especially in the willow Ave in Hercules store. They have my no confidence vote.Kid-friendliness: Kids are always welcome here till I see them with their parents not paying attention as they jump on top of the store furniture. The staff will tolerate those type behavior and allow it to happen as they look the other way. There are other ways of making it a kid friendly place.
If you’re open until 7 then don’t lock your door at 6:45 and force me to pick up my order at the drive thru. That’s not how it works.

More than once I drove out there just to browse and buy inside to find that they locked the front doors(drive thru only). Other than that the food and atmosphere is up to Starbucks standards.
