I come here pretty much every time I stop by 99 Ranch. Their store is across from the grocery store's large entrance. I remember when I used to buy my Ten Ren boxes of bagged tea at 99 Ranch, then run across the way to Ten Ren to get a fresh milk tea on my way out. I remember an older gentleman that was running this store. He gave me a punch card for every drink that I got from there. After he retired that wasn't anymore punch card. Ten Ren Tea has been around since Pacific East Mall opened. I think this store has been open since the mall open up for business....I think this store and 99 Ranch Market are the only business that been there since the beginning. Ten Ren is known for their tea so I'm not surprised that their tea for their milk teas is smooth and flavorful. The pearls would be the deciding factor and they were soft and sweet! I have had their regular black milk tea, brown sugar milk tea and almond milk tea. My favorite would be the black milk tea and brown sugar milk tea. I normally order the large size from Ten Ren and the almond milk tea was too sweet for me to order a large size. This is my new favorite boba place when...read full review
