This place is a hit or miss when ordering from a delivery service. The first few times the wings and other items were cooked fresh. The last 2 times the wings were tough, cold, and I could tell they were cooked way before I ordered them. Inconsistent so not worth spending your money here if you are ordering to be delivered to your home. Maybe they cook them fresh in person, but I won't be ordering delivery from here again.

Table was sticky same as menus. Place was dead and service was lame. Never got any waters to the table, or plates. Ordered 10 was delivered 16 and wasnt charged ( ) Ordered a white claw it was dropped at my table unopened. Wtf am I tipping for... sure is hell aint for them girls looks !

Hooters (Valley Springs Pkway ) in Riverside boarders Moreno Valley.My friends & I went into this location on Saturday night. We had to seat ourselves, all the tables were dirty. I asked two employees if they could get the table cleaned for us, the response was sure. Nobody ever came! We observed a very young looking lady in which we assumed was the night Manager because she was busy putting out fires (issues). We sat at the dirty table for about 20 minutes, nobody ever came to say a word to us. I went into the ladies room and it was so filthy. I returned to the dirty table and suggested to my group we go somewhere else. We left. Busy, short staffed whatever the reason, that hooters should be taken off the map.

A good thing about hooters that I've always liked, And has been consistent, is that the service is fast.... You do not wait too long for your food.I did notice though, that some of the girls don't really have hooters LOL... Isn't that the reason for the existence of this place? LOL.
First time at this location. Got in and sat down. Our server super nice. Really attentive. My girl ordered an old fashioned. Fully stocked bar you'd think that it is easy. I ordered a beer. Beer came out fine and somewhat quickly. The old fashioned though, we had to ask about it twice. No worries. The bar wasn't that packed and 1/3 of the restaurant had people in it. The bartender was getting orders, drinking whatever with patrons at the bar top. We were told that the bartender was waiting on a bottle. That's fine. However after a while our server asked us if we wanted to order a different drink instead or wait. We opted to wait because we had concerns that the next drink we ordered would take even longer. We attempted to order some smoked wings but were told that they did t have the smoked wings or smoke for them or whatever. Paid the check and left. TLDR: How long does it take to get a new bottle of whiskey from the back? 20+ minutes.

My wings took 30 min to be served but when I ordered to go and 2x as many wings it only took 10 minutes and service was mid and the wings were mid as well.
