Usually the food is good but not this time. My hashbrown tasted like it was old and refried a few times. It was so greasy that it came out of the paper pocket in the bag and soiled bottom of the larger paper bag so much that I have a grease stain on my car seat.

I don't usually go here during the because of how busy they get, plus it's just hot even in the winter for me...but any time im there after midnight, the food always taste better...(especially after a sesh). The customer service is on point. Night staff, you guys rock!Vegetarian options: But the tacos and mini tacos are a must !
If the people working here would actually work,then mess around blasting music and bagging on eachother maybe the food would come out bad ,cold,and the service would get

I don't normally come to this jack in the box but after tonight, I will definitely be coming back. Tonight's customer service was beyond excellent ! The 2 people in drive thru were amazing and the food was actually still nice and hot when I got home. Management should recognize and appreciate the great staff they have tonight.

Egg rolls are my thing here but today I was disappointed not only were they not fresh they tasted like they were sitting for awhile, usually I have to wait for it to cool down because I burn my mouth which is how I like it, but not today. My loaded breakfast sandwich tasted old, the eggs were rubbery, my Coke was a diet. Overall not your best day Jack! The worst part is getting home sit down to enjoy your meal and it is not the business. Too far to drive back. Smh do better Jack. I still love you guys, maybe I should try a different location. We’ll try again tomorrow.

The service is terrible they always forget something and they never answer the phone they pick up the phone and you can hear them talking and laughing obviously they aren't that busy to be having full on conversation and not answer the phone the supervisor at night she is a snob doesn't care if you have a problem
