The service is good and fast. I love their hotpot option because it is less expensive! And It's getting cold in Riverside!!! Mr. Rice is always my go to place for rice noodles and hotpot (something that's warm and healing). Definitely worth the price! Strongly recommended This is their new recipe "Hot Caramel Milk Tea" and it taste really good to me!
Double Chili Wagyu Beef noodle was really good. I thought the service could improve because not many other people were there but regardless I enjoyed the food which is what I care about personally

My friend takes me here .This is my first time to try the Chinese rice noodle. It tastes amazing. The decorations in the restaurant look cute and two young ladies work there are very nice!
