Great new spot over by UCR. Much to my surprise I found out it's the same owner as Si Bon out in Palm Desert. Food quality is just as good and service was on point. These are the kind of new places Riverside needs! I had a breakfast waffle sandwich with fried chicken breast, bacon and eggs and my wife had the fish and chips. Both were executed well; fresh, fast and awesome flavors. Will be back!
I would like to congratulate the chef and owners of TroBon. The food was excellent. I had difficulty choosing an entree. I selected the 1/3 lb. Burger. Best burger ever. All the ingredients were fresh and from what I learned their meat is never frozen. So for the price of a fast food burger enjoy a gourmet burger. If burgers aren't your thing, try one of the other delicious sandwiches on the menu.

Large space that is good for groups. Food is tasty with nice flavor combinations, but it too much for one person to finish, and doesn't reheat well. Bring a friend to split a meal!
