Yogurt here is pretty bad. The toppings look like they haven’t been refreshed over a week. Customer service is wonderful though!

Had no good flavors up and all the good toppings were gone.
Customer service was trash but i understand i came in 45min to close so i get it.. but atleast put some good toppings out come on now.
And they flipped the sign closed before we walked in ?

I was pleasantly surprised how delicious their frozen yogurt is and how fresh all the toppings were. So many choices! It was a great experience, and we'll definitely be back.

We walked in to the store at around 9:50 (they close at 10). The sign said they were still open, doors were unlocked, and lights were still on. Although there were no workers up front, there were a couple customers that were in the middle of getting yogurt too. We walked in, grabbed cups and while we were getting our yogurt, a short black hair hispanic lady walked out and forced us to leave. She told us that the machines were all down even though we all had yogurt in our cups. She continued to kick us out even after we tried to explain that the signs still said open and everything. This store has horrible service (mainly aiming at this hispanic lady).

My friends and I came in BEFORE THEY CLOSED (side note: there were people there before us too for much longer). The worker rudely approached my friends and I as well as the other customers saying they were closed when they were in fact not closed at all. Also, if they were why didn’t she flip the sign???? I told her that they weren’t closed and she just kept arguing saying that all the machines were down and that all the toppings were removed when my one friend literally was pouring her yogurt out as she yelled at us same with the other customers in there the same time as us. and the topping bar was also still out??????? Even if we were there a few minutes before closing, isn’t it common courtesy to continue serving the customers who were in the shop BEFORE CLOSING TIME? My friends and I would have understood if she wasn’t straight up yelling at us and being so rude. Like what was she undermining our intelligence for? I normally go to this location because it’s convenient for my friends and I but tonight’s experience was just sad. We expected to be approached in a kinder and more friendly manner. Also, she made the other customers who were inside way before us for way longer give back the yogurt THEY POURED IN THEIR CUPS WAY BEFORE CLOSING ???? All the workers here in the past are normally really nice; it’s disappointing to be treated so rudely over some frozen yogurt. I just wanted a sweet treat but clearly she needs to learn how to be sweet herself! :(

Very bad service when you serve yourself on the side it seems like you are serving poop it has been a long time since they take the time to put the star, the photos here show if you see it served with a star, that's why when I go I tell them and they don't care who work there, I hope they improve, when I go with my family and we see that they don't have the star, we don't buy anything, they don't have a variety of envelopes...

This was the best ice cream shop that I have ever had! The flavors are amazing and the toppings are also perfect! Will come back any time I visit Riverside again!

Don’t go at 9PM or later if you want only 4 flavors to choose from. 9:06 and already removing majority of nozzles for “cleaning.”
