I order the new meatballs a large pizza and a club salad. They screw up on the meatballs and they don't put any cheese on it. I'm supposed to get a club club salad but I get a chicken Caesar salad. I call I talked to the manager Eileen and instead of fixing the situation she wants to get me 10% off on my next order. I don't think I'm ordering from this place anymore. And she was very rude.

Ordered a ? to take home to my family for dinner. This place is absolutely amazing. Great service from the nice younger girl that was there all by herself. The store was clean and the food was made well ahead of time.I will definitely be coming back here again

Great pizzas at a great price, no one seems angry about changing your order but friendly and helpful. We order from this location once a month and for families with EBT (foodstamps) they accept them which is really amazing.I'd suggest them to anyone and everyone!

Papa Murphy's, at least the one near me, is quite the surprise for a franchise chain. Pizzas are of good quality and taste, while still being reasonable in price. Though since you bake it yourself they would have to be to compete with all the ready to eat chains. I can't honestly rate the entire chain but would definitely update if after trying multiple locations they all still had the same quality.*Update* After trying at least seven different locations on a sorta consistent basis. I can say with confidence that Murphy's is a reliably pretty good chain, and after pizza every other Friday for almost a year I am sick of pizza.

Placed an order online at 7:16pm. They called me right away and said they don't take orders after 7pm. Even though they close at 8pm. Can't even walk in and place an order. They said it's because they already put everything away. So what do they do for the last hour? Why are they even open until 8pm? Horrible news when you're pregnant and absolutely craving their breadsticks.
If you close an hour early don't accept online orders and let people drive 15 minutes to get there

This is truly great pizza you take it home you bake it it taste absolutely perfect. Kiara is very helpful young lady at the Rocklin store. She’s extremely helpful when picking out your pizza. It’s a great value try it

I love Papa Murphy's pizza. We have ordered them from Bay area to Reno, and this store is the disgrace for the chain. We always order extra toppings. This store skimmed us twice. First time, we thought it was just a mistake; then second time?? Why should we paid more than $30 for the same amount of no extra. For people who have been enjoying this shop, it is a good chain store; however, this is not a good Papa Murphy's. You would get even better pizzas if you order somewhere else.

Strike 2. The only time I order from Papa Murphy's is for a special family and kids gatherings. We always order a stupendously large stuffed pizza with lots of extra toppings, extra everything , extra, extra, extra! Yes it ends up costing over $50 for this insanely stuffed pizza. On rare occasions we had to order from the Rocklin location. Never again!!! And nobody else should. Shame on the management!! Instead - what I got was a stuffed pizza with light amounts of everything I ordered. I paid for a $50 pizza, but ended up getting what appears to be a skimpy basic pizza. It's happened to me twice with this store - the first time I thought, maybe its an off day for the store. Many months later, after we thought we would give these guys a try, we feel taken advantage of and totally ripped off. I strongly suggest going to another store even if you have to travel a little more. Other reviews have said the same thing about this store skimping at the customers cost. Its effectively stealing from the customer.

I ordered 2 family pepperoni pizzas. Each pizza had very little pepperoni. Less than 15 pepperoni. Never been to a Papa Murphy's that was so cheap with the toppings.
