The hygiene in the store is poor, the water bottles are dirty, the service is slow, and the lady's service is extremely bad, and she doesn't handle the food lightly when she brings it to the table! ! ! She must be too tired from work, which affected her mood! ! She looked very unhappy!

This place is so nasty. I walked in, and the girl was eating, and she kept touching her face. Ordered 3 desserts, and none of them were good. Some of the fruits tasted rotten, and the presentation was nothing like the photos. I hope I am not going to get food poisoning. Overpriced Trash!

I love this place. Been here many times. The service is great but it might be a bit slow when they are busy but that's expected. I can never decide on which is my favorite. My kid loves anything durian here. I like hot soup and desserts haha. They do have rice plates that's pretty good. Definitely recommend.

Terrible food not fresh at all. And worst service, the waitress should get a job elsewhere.

Food is authentic and delicious. Definitely worth it to check out. The almond pudding in the coconut shell made my night and I will definitely be coming back for it again. The staff were very friendly and lovely people to talk to as well. Sweet Heart Dessert is a hidden gem, and one that definitely deserves to be found.

Kind hidden. Little tight inside. Seating for big parties is not an option. Parking here isn't the best. Dessert was okay. The mangos were fresh. Prices between $8 to $15 per dessert.

This place is real bad we ordered desserts and came we were shocked! Doesn't even match their menu pictures at all!! Almost nothing inside the bowl just hot soup! You guys judged what we got! And tasting like water!
Me and my bf came by on 9/6 after an early dinner. The restaurant was pretty empty (besides two other patrons) upon entering so we seated ourselves. Customer service was pretty good; it's Asian CS so you get your food and you're left alone. You can order through your phone via the QR code that's on the table. The mango chill was good. The sago does harden since it sits on a bed of mango shaved ice. Dessert itself was good; it's not too sweet and passes the Asian parent sweetness approval. I'll return to try out their other desserts

Desserts here is wonderful, but I wouldn’t recommend eating here. The Hainan chicken is very dry with the sauce being very greasy. The pork chop w/ tomato sauce & cheese is tasty but also a bit greasy for me.

When I say this was the BEST brick toast I've ever had... don't take it lightly...As someone who worked at a big name dessert house that specialized in oversized shaved ice and brick toast for years... this is way better than any brick toast I have ever tried! I've ordered from Sweet Heart a few times now and have always been beyond impressed. As someone who doesn't have a sweet tooth.. at all... I still can't help but dream about their strawberry brick toast!!! The toast is cut into smaller cubes... not quite bite sized but much more manageable and each cube is toasted and coated to absolute perfection! It's also paired with fresh strawberries, condensed milk and strawberry ice cream. I have yet to try the other brick toast flavors but you can bet that I definitely will!

Honestly we had (not high but-) better expectation for this place. We thought it's gonna be like a neighborhood style sweet honey dessert. But the foods are kinda lacking. The menu is all over the place. There are multiple versions and some have pictures, some don't. The online menu is where you need to place your order (no in person ordering) and that one has different names. We had to be creative to find the hk egg waffle. The mango dessert was so disappointing. The picture on the menu is deceiving. It's so much smaller and has less toppings. The flavors is also lacking. Watered down and kinda bland. The hk egg waffle is probably the worst one we've ever had. Like they cheap out on the eggs or something. Tough and just taste like sweetened flour. The place is pretty big and has lots of tables. But there is like 1 guy who is pretty much doing everything on the floor. Poor guy, but also kinda hard to get his attention to pay since he's always running around.
