Found this food truck at Sunday Market in Mahany Park. I was definitely surprised in a good way by their empanada. I loooooved their beef and chorizo empanadas....very moist inside and well flavored. Their Chimichuri sauce was excellent as well. I'm glad they come to Roseville and I don't have to drive down to Sacramento, because I will definitely go back!
Decided to try an empanada on a whim while walking by. Got the veggie and it was so good! Delicious filling with a light, flaky crust. The chimichurri was flavorful. Will definitely go back to try more!

My daughter, granddaughter and I went to the farmer's market at Mahany Park last Sunday and I ordered 3 chicken and 3 beef empanadas from Che's food truck. They were piping hot and delicious! I am ready to go back again this week!
