I went in last sunday 10/8. There were 3 men, one was Collin, I think the other was Jack or Jake, and there was a tall white guy with a longer mullet. They were all super attentive to detail and listened to every word I had to say. (Im single btw boys) They were all so handsome and had great manners. I will be coming back without my husband.

I stop most mornings at the coffee shop next to this Cold Stone ice cream shop. Most mornings the patio area is a mess with sticky ice-cream from the previous days customers. I sure wish the closing shift would clean up after their customers.

This store is racist my 9 yr old wanted ice cream and his dad took him and he asked for cookies and cream and the lady denied him and said no you need to have brown ice cream and his dad even argued that he wanted cookies and cream and she finally gave him what he asked for but still gave him some chocolate ice cream he is a 9 yr old boy yes he is half black and I'm Native American it's nothing new to me but my kids shouldn't be treated in such a way he's a kid for crying out loud this is what's wrong with this world is people like her!!

The kids here seem to be working very hard whenever I come in. The last time I was in, I was helped by a tall guy with a hat and beard and mustache - he was much more polite and courteous than I expected. Unfortunately inside the place the AC seemed to be broken and the bathroom door was propped open with a chair. Felt bad for the guy he was scooping and sweating. The kids are working the AC was not!

Service was good, ice cream -awesome!AIR CONDITIONING had been terrible everytime. Family and I had to leave. Bathroom forever broken. If you have kids or older family, get your goods and leave.

Arrived at 8:30. Hours online say it’s open till 10pm, as I walked up there’s a hand written note on the door saying closed at 7:45 except for door dash. doors unlocked, so I walked inside. Employees confirmed, unless your door dash, we arnt serving customers. Total Fail.

Hands down the best Cold Stones ice cream I've ever been to. Both ladies were very nice. Didn't give me a golf ball size scoop of ice cream like many others have. Everything was mixed well. Store was clean. This will be my go-to ice cream spot

We placed an order for delivery on 05/27/23. We live about 10 minutes' walking distance of Coldstone. The order was delivered in less than 5 minutes after they told us it had been picked up. When we opened the order, We noticed that the ice cream was nearly melted. I also noticed that the " apple pie a la cold stone" had so much cinnamon, it was nearly inedible, not to mention improperly mixed. I don't think I will order again.

Took over a hour to get my ice cream. There was 3 customers ahead of me. The place is extremely dirty and the customer service is horrible.

Such a bummer but needs to be said. First off, this store has really gone downhill and is Filthy! Cleaning is not a priority anywhere. I went in today and store was empty. One gal working and I won’t say her name but let’s just say customer service isn’t her thing. Made my ice cream order, then when I attempted to pay, the card machine had no power. I sat there for approximately 10 mins as she attempted to trouble shoot why it wasn’t working then said she had to call her boss and asked for cash, which I clearly didn’t have. Then just stood there… didn’t call the boss and said I couldn’t have the ice cream because I couldn’t pay… even though it was the business issue. I told her that I just stood there and waited patiently and as a courtesy, should be at least offered the ice cream but she didn’t agree yet did not call her boss at this point still. Wasted time. Wasted ice cream. Filthy store. Boohoo.
