The lady working today was just so rude. My son asked a simple question about the bathroom since there’s a sign that says “temporarily closed” he asked her if he can use it since we saw her used it and she ignores him. I asked her again and she just rolled her eyes and give us an attitude saying yes we can and that there is no lock. I also told the lady that the floor was wet by the cashier and that it was slippery and don’t say anything and just ignore us again. BAD customer service!

They used non dairy creamer for their Thai tea boba and that isn't posted. It did not taste good and after a couple of sips I tossed it.

I will rate this business separate from the kitchen that sells food. Good choices for drinks and the price is good. There are daily deals on milk tea boba. I ordered a large brown sugar milk tea boba -- the brown sugar syrup was thick and rich and the boba was delightfully chewy. Maybe I'll order this less sweet next time. Minus one star for the annoyingly sticky floor.

This place made me so sick. I got their brown sugar milk tea with boba and strawberry poppers. I had Instant diarhhea and have food poisoning with symptoms lasting 6 days now. I thought the syrup at the bottom seemed different, slimy even and wouldn't mix into my drink. I'm having to contact my doctor today. I'm still in so much stomach pain! I will never go here again. I know it was the boba drink that made me sick, I only ate a banana that morning and was in perfect health until I drank that contaminated drink.

You know it's funny cuz the restaurants says lollicup coffee and tea. Guess what they don't have? Coffee. Inside is rather dirty and you can tell it's not cleaned a lot. Service is subpar and when you order it's hard to hear the cashier with these weird hanging non-useful plastic dividers. The service is fairly quick though. My main concern would be the cleanliness.
