I ordered a birthday cake and a small bundt cake for my grandson. The small bundt cake was not in the order when doordash delivered it. Doordash is impossible to get through, and this bakery shop has done nothing to make good on the mess up. They admitted they were wrong, and did offer for us to go over there to pick it up! UMMMMMM I used doordash for a reason. Idiots. Here it is 5 days later and not even a credit given back to my account. IS THIS THE TYPE OF EMPLOYEES THEY ARE USING...ONE JOB THEY HAD ONE JOB......DO NOT USE THIS BAKERY UNLESS THEY CAN BRING IN DECENT EMPLOYEES.

I ordered cupcakes and was told it would take 10 minutes. I went to sit in my car and was extremely pleased and surprised to have the cupcakes brought to my car. I am currently not walking well so I was really touched by the consideration I received.

As the previous review stated, I showed up at the same time as Cindy only to be turned down for a cake that was ready to be sold. The customer service was astoundingly bad, will definitely stay away from this location. It wasn’t even 6pm and they locked the front door, worst part was that I called ahead and told them the urgency of my request and that I would be there at 6 ok the dot.

The workers have terrible customer service. We came in right at 6 o’clock to grab a cake that was already made, and they would not help us. No matter of pleading would change their mind. They didn’t even care. In fact, they were laughing at us. This Nothin Bundt Cake is terrible. Don’t ever come here do not give them your service.

This is one of go to places in South Placer for cakes for special occasions- they really excel at the themes with add Ins that make it special and festive to elevate the occasion. Cake is really good too - and you can get small buntlets that are gluten free as well.
The cakes are so delicious and moist. I just had the red velvet for my birthday, and it didn't disappoint. I love that you guys put chocolate Chipps in the red velvet. They are always very nice and quick with their service so I can be in and out. I love that I can call ahead and order, then show up and they are quick with finding your order. They have cute gift ideas already to buy for this holiday season which I love.

I love Nothing Bundt Cakes because they are consistent and the cakes are delicious! I placed an online order for my daughter's birthday and the process was simple. The day I picked it up the employee was friendly and my cake turned out exactly how I expected. I definitely recommend if you are looking for a cake, cupcakes, etc!

I placed a last minute order today, literally called at 1pm and they had them ready in half an hour. Payed over the phone, and picked up in person. Wonderful customer service. Everyone I spoke too was incredibly nice. I believe cashier was Jackie.. Shayla placed my order over the phone. 10/10 super happy!! Will come back soon.

I had a gift card that was never used. When I went to go use it they told us that the balance was $0. After further investigation it looks like nothing Bundt cakes did a forced redemption on the card. California state law says gift cards can not expire yet the this company has pulled the funds off the card. Now I am forced to try and contact corporate to take care of the issue.
