My family and I have grown to really like Papa Murphys. We can order with what we want and run more errands if need be then take home and bake. The people are polite and it's affordable.

Constantly tell you they are done making pizza for the night if you call or walk in after 7:40PM. Even on a Saturday night. I don't know why they say they close at 8:00 pm.

Specifically asked for this deal the guy then says I didn’t get cookie dough with my order, I asked confused because the sign clearly says “sweetheart of a deal” that is comes with cookie dough and a large heart shaped pizza. The manager who had an attitude the minute he came out says no you don’t get cookie dough. And I said the sign and online says you do. And he says if you want cookie dough I can charge you for that. I said no. I’m not gonna pay extra now for your mistake. This place is a joke

The service is awful, they don’t listen to what you ordered so there’s confusion and you have to watch what they’re doing or they mess up your order. And the manager is very rude. They don’t care about their customers- never going there again!

The staff here is always young kids, but they are doing great. They still try to help people with their orders but the clientele need to relax a bit. If you're going to b**** at some young kids about making your pizza, then do your part and get behind the counter and help. Have a good one guys!
