Place is my favorite as far as taste and service. I deleted their app (at least for now) as I’m trying to eat more healthy and get off fast food apps, but as far as fast food goes they beat beat their competition handily. I love that they add new food on their menu and their menu is quite a bit different than most fast food. I’ve always got a very friendly smile from the servers and they serve pretty quick. The only downside is that it is the mall, so it takes a little while to get to their food if you aren’t otherwise planning on going to the mall.

It's in the mall, loud, crowded. It seemed overpriced for what you get. We had coupons for $7 off and honestly I felt that should be the regular price. Non mall shops might be more reasonable but that's where we were. I would not go back there as there are other places within the mall that I feel have more value for the dollar.
Always a solid choice no-brainer. Great quality food. Great service. The shakes are amazing and burgers are perfectly sized and scrumptious!

When I first had a burger here, I absolutely loved it! It was the best burger I literally have ever had. This last order was very overpriced at $31, I got two burgers that were small and smooshed and looked like kids burgers, there was barely any toppings inside the burger, and the taste was very subpar. The bun wasn’t toasted. I ordered custard ice cream which was wonderful. Also ordered a milkshake that was good. But for four items at $31 I expect a whole lot more for my burgers. Very disappointed and probably will go elsewhere as money is short supply lately and stuff is expensive.

For starters the burger is so unbelievably soggy and to add to that I didn’t even get any napkins to wipe off all that grease and sauce off my hands. Overpriced and gross and would never recommend such a shameful burger to even my worst enemy.

This place is no exception.With that being said it's pretty good. The Shroomburger and black-white shake were phenomenal. Customer service was also pretty friendly, despite how stressful it must be with all the business.All in all, I like it and I'd come back.Vegetarian options: Shroomburger, Veggie burger option as well. Both are labeled as vegetarian on the menu.Kid-friendliness: Kids toys given/offered to children here.

I tried the new hot chicken sandwich. The chicken itself wasn't bad, but the sandwich had virtually nothing on it other than spice from the sandwich; nothing to get excited about. It is a food court so there is no real atmosphere - just a place to sit and eat... it was what I expected from a mall food court (better nowhere to sit and eat). This is a place to grab a quick bite. In all honesty, it is a "shake" shack, and I didn't have a shake - maybe those are really good? Staff was pleasant.

Seen a comparison on line between in and out and shake shack, shack shack came out on top so I was excited to find one and go try it!Service was very good and friendly, took a long time to get our order I thought, but the meat tasted like the fat was rancid! Big chunks of fat and chewy gristle!. NASTY!!The French fries were a disappointment with some lame cheese sauce on them!The cost was ridiculous! $11 for a burger! $4 for a soda and $5 for fries!, my daughter hand a burger and soda and it was almost $40 for our lunch!In and out blows shake shack away with their food and prices!Well I can say been there done that! But no tee shirt for me!You really can’t beat in and out for fast food burgers! Sorry SS
