Posting the unpopular opinion. Found out about this place because of the durian mille crepe which was highly praised, but honestly did not meet my expectation. I’ve definitely I had better. It lacked the strong durian flavor I was craving. The smashed avocado and durian signature smoothie was at best ok. In my preference, I could do without the jelly. Chocolate mousse was dark and decadent. Service was nice and friendly. There are six sets of tables with comfortable chairs. Although there was no background music during our visit, this made for a good place to talk without shouting at each other. Best part? parking was free.

Neighbors is an awesome spot to kickback with some friends! I finally decided to try this place out after driving past it so many times on Colima. Inside, there are a few booths with comfy couches that really allow you to relax for a conversation with friends. I noticed that some of the prices for drinks were just a step cheaper than some of the popular tea shops like 7 Leaves, Tiger Sugar, and Summerfield, which are selling milk tea at around $6 now. After trying their Vietnamese coffee, it didn't seem like they sacrificed on the quality for their better prices. I also tried their Hazelnut Cream dessert. While it was a little pricey ($9), I was really happy with the taste. The mousse was very light and it was not too sweet! I'll definitely be bringing my friends to try some of their other drinks next time.

Unique menu and good quality drinks! The place is small, but there's plenty of couches and seating areas. When we arrived, there was lots of parking behind the building. Only one woman working, so the service was slow. FYI - You may need to wait 15 minutes for your drink. Here's what I've tried here:+ Kumquat Sugarcane Juice (5/5): Very refreshing! They don't skimp on the kumquat! You can tell the juice is fresh and legit. They allow you to order "less ice" for no extra charge.+ Tofu Soy Pudding (5/5): SOOOO GOOD! This was my favorite thing here. The texture is so light and the ginger syrup hits the spot. I like that there were real bits of ginger in it too. I highly recommend this.+ Oolong Milk Tea w/Boba (3/5): This was just okay. The tea was standard and nothing special. I will say - They were very generous with the amount of boba, which had a really nice tender texture. I'm sure it would be really good in their other drinks.

The drinks here are definitely different than the traditional boba milk tea. There was quite a bit of variety that made it worth the trip. First off, this place was a bit tricky to find as it's right in front of a bus station. Parking is in the back and side of the shop. However, once inside, it's actually quite spacious. There are plenty of seats and they are sofa quality seats too! Kids enjoyed sitting on their sofa seats sipping away at their high quality fruit drinks. My favorite was their soyfu (it's a tofu flower with Rock jelly, Chia seed, Ginger syrup, Red bean, and Milk slush drink. I didn't think it was going to taste good with that strange combo but it works! It was the best!)Service was friendly and professional. If I'm ever in the area again, I would definitely stop by again. Highly recommend.

The desserts here were so good I had the Pandan Soy Pudding and the Roche
I think the lavender milk tea is great! Not too strong but just flavorful enough. I tried the rocher dessert which was good for a few bites because it was really salty at it’s core. If I’m ever in the area I would order the lavender milk tea again!!
The avocado durian is my favorite

This place is so good! Desserts are flavorful and the drinks don’t fall short. Really a great hole in the wall!
I was looking for a place to hang out at while my car was being worked on at an auto body shop nearby and happened to find Neighbors Tea and Dessert house was right down the street! I'm glad I found them because they were the perfect spot to enjoy a drink and relax a bit. I love that they have nice comfy couches to sit at and each area has its own plug for charging devices. They also offer free wifi!I ordered their mango slush and it was perfectly refreshing! I can tell they don't use powder for their drinks like some boba shops do. Very fresh! I would definitely stop by again.
I feel like I'm getting addicted to this place because I come here almost once a week. Staff is awesome and I friggin love their Coco Taro.
I love the drink and service
