as usual the food at Centro was outstanding, love the staff and ambiance EXCEPT last night was game #1 of World Series and it was VERY noisy, for a 2 person booth, we couldn't hear each other across the table. Maybe put TV in back, another bar back there.
The food was really good. However the service was inattentive and slow. The waitress was nice but she got everyone's order mixed up & it took a long time to get our food & it didn't seem to be a lot of other people in the restaurant. I'd go back because food was good but not with kids and not if I'm in a hurry.
They have changed the menu and ingredients and not sure why. Maybe a different chef. Guac and carnitas are not as good as they used to be.
We've been going to Centro since the night it opened and Timothy Busfield was making margaritas in the bar! It never disappoints; food is delicious, dishes evolve with the times and the seasons, service is excellent and friendly, and the vibe and ambience is fun. We always have an enjoyable time.
Absolutely lovely food, with wonderful service. Worth it every single time, and we will be back!
Seen the air conditioning wasn't working so made it very uncomfortable on a hot Sacramento day. Between a hot and loud environment less than ideal to visit with our company. Food and service was great
Food was good but the service was subpar. They rationed our chips and we waited awhile for our food to arrive. This was disappointing on Mother's Day to say the least...
Food quality is good, but portion sizes are incredibly small for the price; thus the food is truly overpriced. Drinks are well made and attractive. Service is wonderful. Wait staff and hostess are very attentive. May or may not return in the near future, based on the lack of cost value.
Our experience this time was much better. The service was prompt and friendly. My grandson loved his meal. The enchiladas reminded me of the way they tasted when we started coming here years ago. I'm not sure if they have new management or something but it really seems like a much better vibe overall. I will definitely be back.
It was truly an authentic experience and I will be attending again!

Ready for a tequila tasting to die for... it happens here. Infused for a great flavor but stay and try many individual tequilas curated by great tequila somalier Leo. The food is full of flavor and the bartender Hailey is willing to learn along with you. You MUST try the Carajillo...coffee and Liquor 43. Perfect way to start the day. Good vibes!!
Our friends were an hour late, but the staff was great about it. We ate and our friends ordered when they got there. The food was awesome. The sweet potato tamale side was our favorite. Sat outside, which was occasionally noisy but enjoyable as the weather was great.

Service was great. Food needs a little more flavor. Chicken was bland. Guac was very tasty.
Waitress had great service and food was delicious but it took over an hour to receive appetizers. One appetizer was forgotten but waitress removed charge. Main dish took about 20-30 min after to receive.
