I literally just ordered a ton of food to be delivered. I am missing food. There is no guacamole, im missing 2 orders of beens, and corn and i was charged for these items. I have been calling the establishment and no one answers. I highly recommend if you order from this place to go in person to pick up your own food so you can verify yourself but DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY!!!!!!!!!! Update: I went to the website as directed and so far no one has contacted me. The customer service just keeps getting worse and worse.

This was the worst branch I have ever had. I had a Pollo Loco in many places in the Bay Area but when I had a chicken and avocado bowl about 7yeas ago, they served me the ball without avocado and chicken due to a scarcity and recall. They did not tell me that before I ordered and charged me a regular price. I complained that they should’ve told me so I wouldn’t have ordered it but they brushed me off. since then, I haven’t gone back to this Pollo Loco ,but it’s been over 7 years so hopefully they have gotten better. by the way, I have no plan to go back.
