The food is not good. My hash browns were smaller than a piece of toast. The steak on my omelette was ground beef. Very disappointed in how IHOP prepares their food now. The service was terrible. The waitress ignored us, we asked for napkins and were told no. Other tables who came after is were served before us, and more often. We were never checked on, so our drinks were never refilled. Never coming back here.

The entire staff was upbeat and treated everyone well. The food was out surprisingly fast and the food was perfect.
This place was horrible. For the price I could have had surf n turf. Waitress was rude I will not be going back. This is how I received a ham and cheese omelet, looked more like scrambled eggs and ham.

The service was great. When we got our food, a you can see in the photo, our order, the waffles did not have much fruit, but the crepes had a lot. So we just shared the fruit.
Waitress Ghazala in Sacramento was terrible. We waited over 40 minutes for our food and it came cold - so I know it wasn't the cooks fault. The food had to have been sitting for at least 10-15 minutes. We had to ask for everything (ketchup, hot sauce, etc) and she was clearly very annoyed with us. She never once checked on us after we received our food. I had to go to her to ask for a refill and then waited 30 minutes and never got one. I ended up going to the front desk and asked someone else to refill our drinks. I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt (because you never know what people are going through) so I personally handed her a $10 tip. She didn't even say thank you!! The worst, most rude waitress I have ever had anywhere.

I’m giving 2 stars because Teane has amazing customer service. She was very kind and fixed my order that was taken completely wrong and rudely by a guy name OWEN. His English was broken and he couldn’t comprehend my phone order. He hung up the phone in my face and didn’t take my order correctly. The young lady Teane had to correct everything. On my way out I told Owen sorry for the miscommunication and he still had an attitude because I told him it was rude he hung up the phone in my face and he shouldn’t do that to any customer. Owne is rude and racist and I will never return to this location because of him. I have been a customer since this place opened. Owen needs to learn better English and not get frustrated with customers when he can’t comprehend our food orders.
