My family and I stopped here for a quick meal. It was a KFC/A&W. My son and I had the fish sandwich combo. The fish was crispy and was not greasy. The fries fries were also crispy and well seasoned. The root beer is made fresh daily, and it tasted delicious. ? My husband had a root beer float. My grandson had the popcorn chicken, and it was delicious. Nothing was disappointing. 10 out of 10.

The manager is a old heavy set man who has maybe never found love or happiness. Just this guy is very unhappy person. I'm a really nice chill person. For him to tell me to get out of his store bc I had my 5 pound Yorkie in my hands trying to order. Maybe different if he was on a leach or something but he was In my arms. I told em I'll go thru the drive thru and he gave me sass. The ppl in the drive thru were hella nice tho

spent $45 on a 12 pice tender family meal.... only received 4 of the 6 biscuits we were supposed to get, both the Mac and cheese and corn were burnt. definitely not worth the $$$$ I spent.

Somehow either myself or the app didn't place my order as extra crispy and I simply asked the Manager to correct it by giving me what I wanted and instead he told me he couldn't give me the chicken that I wanted. What ever happened to simple customer service? He started yelling and was clearly bothered. I mean, it's not his chicken! He's not The Colonel ? How hard is it to simply change the order.? Same amount of chicken, same price, just the wrong type of chicken. So I tried another approach, attempting to calm him by appealing to his Hispanic culture because I too have a Hispanic background and he accused me of racism and said get out ? Anything and everything but a simple change to extra crispy! Wow! This place sucks just like original recipe. As so I was stuck with this... Hey doesn't he look like Bill Barr tho? Not to mention, when you walk in, no one greets you. As shown by the photos here. I probably should have taken notice that no one in this busy area was there for lunch and opted to go to In and Out Burger right next door. Drats! Now I'm stuck with 8 pieces of Original yuck!

What a shit show. I had a Fried chicken craving at 9pm so I went. Because I had a coupon that might need explaining, i opted to go inside while my husband waited in the car. There is a full staff it seems and I stand at the counter for several minutes without acknowledgement like i was invisible. Finally got somebody to help me and she had a tough time with the coupon. She asked original or crispy and I asked for a mix. Oh boy this is when she had to ask for help because she says there is no button for that. The helper couldn't do it either so I was stuck with all original. Smh.As I sat there waiting in the dining room I noticed how gross the floors were. There were layers of grime throughout. UGH. I get in the car and hubs says, "there is a sign on the door that says dining room is for mobile orders only. Maybe that is why they ignored you?" That was a thing of the pandemic so not sure if that is still valid because the dining area did not indicate you can't sit there. I got home and my order was correct. However the chicken was barely warm and SO extremely dry. It did not satisfy my FC craving whatsoever. I need to remember this so I don't go back.

Today, July 15, I went to the branch in North Natomasand Miss Ghulaml served us very reluctantly. I ordered a 3 piece and 1 two piece combo and she gave me both two piece. I asked her about the salad and she told me that it is included and that is why it was a combo. Since the order was to go, I didn't realize it until I got home and checked the ticket and indeed she charged me for what I ordered but she didn't give me the order correctly.

I would never come here again I went through drive through ordered a 16 peice family meal with tenders when I got home it was all bone in chicken took it back and they gave me my tenders and I let them know I touched the chicken I brought back they said oh well we are still selling it because we are low on chicken right now that is disgusting I won't ever be returning here
I ordered the 8 piece chicken special for $10 which I thought was a deal. But I ended up with chicken jerky -- dried and it seems like fried several times. It was hard, dark (like the oil was old). What is worse is that it tastes like several days old chicken leftovers that they didn't want to throw away and sold as freshly cooked. Chicken from Safeway is 100x better and much cheaper. Ugh. Gross. We ended up throwing it away. What a waste of $10.

Always have a sad experience going here, seems it never improved. Im 100% sure this is a franchise because of the quality and very small portions of everything. I order a bucket of chicken, fries through the app. And had to pick up inside the store of course it was there but as soon as I left there fries is missing.There were no customers inside and no line in the drive thru, howcome you cant even make my order right?I added a small grave for $3.50 plus tax and got this extra small portion of it. Next time forget the gravy or go somewhere else. Can't wait for Raising Cane's to open in that area! Place looks sad and smells funky
