Wings were hella nasty. Actually tossed them they were so bad. Customer service was terrible. I understand it's late but man be more pleasant when it comes to customer service.The only good thing was the chicken sandwich and even that was not great. Haven't had Popeyes and will never have again.

I ordered food 20 minutes ago and the chicken wasn't fully cooked, the food was cold. Tired calling them regarding this order and they kept hanging up the phone. I will never go back to this fast-food place.

Food was worse meal ive ever had there. Chicken was hard and tough, fries soggy. Food had no flavor. Worse meal. Its one of my favorite places to eat. Never had such bad food mi ifrom there. Tried calling to talk to manager kept getting hung up on or no one answering. So

The ghost pepper wings were not spicy or flavorful this last visit. We usually go through the drive thru, have not had any complaints with their service.

I just want to say just how good the bacon cheese classic chicken sandwich was today. I usually only get the classic chicken sandwich which was amazing today too my wife had. She said the same thing the chicken was so tender and juicy and delicious hands down best chicken sandwich I've had at ALL RESTAURANTS.

This place SUCKS. The staff is unprofessional and unorganized. On Friday evening I came to pick my ONLINE DRIVE THRU ORDER. The staff told me to pull to the window when I got there. I had told them my name at the speaker. When I got to the window I had to tell them my name again. After several minutes they asked me to come in. I asked why, they did not respond and I let them know I cannot leave my dog unattended in the car(she is a puppy). At this time there were no cars behind me. After a few minutes I was asked to park. I agreed, even though no expectations were set as to why or how long I needed to be parked. After ten minutes I started calling the store these rude females refused to answer the phone. I saw cars coming and going as well as walk-in customers coming and going but nobody bothered to bring out my food. I kept calling the store with no answer. After 20mins I cancelled my app order and left. I'm currently waiting for corporate to call me back. Best believe if I don't get a call by the time I get off work then I will be calling them because this is not going to go unanswered for. This is the second time I have had this experience with this store. Hire people who actually know how to do customer service and want to be there.

I visited a few weeks ago and asked for mashed potatoes with gravy on the side, they responded that their sides were premade and could not do that. It was 8pm on a Tuesday and the place was empty...how long was that food sitting there? I came back tonight thinking it was a fluke, when I got to the speaker the lady said "my drivethru is down you need to come inside to order" weren't we talking thru the drivethru...? What part was down? So unprofessional, that's twice I've left without ordering

The hours of operation according to maps, the app and the notice on the door says until 10.00pm it is open for pickup, drive through and dine in. But they close at 9 pm. I turned up to pick up an online order at 9.10, their doors were closed. The lady at the drive through counter was very rude. I came walking so ai can’t go to drive through. Ridiculous service. Very rude, no apology.

What I have a hard time understanding is how of all people, the manager is the one who is the rudest. I simply asked if I could get 2 thighs for my 2 piece combo meal, and she flat out ignored me. I would completely understand if she said that was not possible. However, to completely ignore me, give me attitude, and then proceed to give me the two tiniest pieces of chicken is horrendous. How are you able to act as the manager when you have no ounce of customer service capabilities?? What kind of example are you setting for your employees? It's absolutely ridiculous and no wonder as to why this place has such low ratings. Don't work somewhere you have no integrity or take no accountability for the job you do.
