If you are not apart of their culture they treat you like a second rate citizen. I asked for a cup of water. When I received it noticed a black speck in my water and showed it to them. When I returned the water they said I must pay $1 to get a bottle of water. I explained that it was free when I originally ordered my food and now that I’m asking for new water now I have to pay. This is so ridiculous

Food is great! Service is meh. Trying to get the attention of a server can be a little hard at times.

The food was amazing and the make your own spring roll of two is a lot of food! We got the grilled chicken and the chicken fried rice! Although I am on a diet, there have you enough chicken that would satisfy anyones macros and the flavor is phenomenal! It's small restaurant so be sure to go there before the dinner rush because once we were sitting down a bunch of people showed up.

Came here with a friend and the service was fast and nice. The food tasted great and amazing. Came here at 5pm on Wednesday so it wasn’t busy at all. The spring rolls are fresh and delicious. I got the chicken spring rolls and a barbecue pork egg over rice. Love it!!! Will come back!Parking: Parking is available. Come early so you can park next to the restaurant. If not, you might have to park at the New Asia lot if it’s too busy and walk.

Their House Special DIY spring rolls are always a solid meal. Portions are good, and the veggies are always fresh.I got take out today, and even though they got the order wrong, they let us come back and they remade our order — and gave us an extra portion of BBQ pork.

The house special make your own spring rolls are very delicious and innovative, great for a group of people. The raw veggies are very fresh. The rice noodles (I ordered clear noodles) are just so-so. The quail eggs are a bit sour.

Ordered a number 21 and it was really nice! But the cafe sua da was entirely ice and was forgotten until the end of the meal. Make sure you double check your orders as well because they tried giving us the wrong number of dishes and the wrong dish entirely. Also, expect a credit card fee and see if they've already included gratuity to the bill.

Looks like the restaurant changed chefs. I bought Ninh Hoa grilled spring rolls 9-10 months ago and found them very delicious. I recently bought it and found that the grilled spring rolls are no longer as delicious as before and the fish sauce is also different from before and not as delicious. Three-color sweet soup and Thai sweet soup are very strange and not delicious at all.So sorry.

Quan Nem Ninh Hoa is my go-to spot for great Vietnamese food. The food is a solid 4/5, even though service can be inconsistent.Their spring rolls are a highlight - crispy and served with a delicious dipping sauce. Banh Bro is consistently good, and the Nuong Con House Special Charbroiled ground pork is a standout.Service may not always be perfect, but the food's quality and authenticity make this place a must-visit for Vietnamese cuisine lovers. If you crave tasty spring rolls and mouthwatering pork dishes, Quan Nem Ninh Hoa is the place to be.

There aren't that many places in the bay that has this do it yourself hand rolls. So they're one of the best along with their vietnamese coffee. Nothing fancy, typical get in, get out vietnamese restaurant with quick service and good food.
