I'm deaf and dumb and work at DoorDash. I came to pick up the delivery on 12.09 at 9:30 p.m. after driving the place where I need to place an order for drive through. I was the only client at that time. Your cashier started showing on the earphone and showing that I need to go back to the counter where I need to say the order to the microphone. Are you kidding me? It's a mockery!

I went to drive through, waited for few minutes nobody said anything I drove further looked at the windows nobody was there. No sign or anything. Ridiculous.

I ordered the Burrito Supreme and the Taco Supreme meal with no onions on it. Instead I got the Burrito Supreme with Heavy Onions which I am very allergic to. So now I have to go to The ER excellent folks. Learn how to follow directions next time people and not argue with a customer that has allergies to food.
I waited 30 min for my food and I just cancelled my meal. I never going back to horrible place again. Too many homeless people are here. This place is dirty.

They closed the drive thru at 11:55PM . While customers were still in line. Lights are always off every time I come here to make it looked closed . Cashier did apologize but said the shift manager said they have to close. Horrible customer service by management. I Wonder how many sales you guys lose letting them do this on night shift .
