Parking: They wanted us to use the automated pay stations that didn't work and older. People didn't know how to use them a lot of people walking out without ordering food.

It's a pretty standard Taco Bell. There isn't a drive thru at this location, but inside there are two kiosks where you can order without having to stand in line at the counter. My food came quick, the employee I interacted with was very nice, they also stocked me up on sauce.

I used to enjoy coming here- service was quick and friendly and I actually enjoy interacting with people who take orders.After being told, rudely, that I must use the kiosk I will not be returning. Last time I wax turned away from an empty counter and told I had to use it today. I left and didn't make an order. The previous times my order wasn't filled as I ordered and it just sat there and I wasn't called. The point is to train the customer to use the kiosk because they want to get rid of the position/concept of cashier. I'm assuming they can't keep peopleCongratulations you made paying more at Vientos more attractive

food was ight, service took forever. Then an angry gentlemen kept asking if their were people at the registers, he then got up on the counter and acted like a 400 pound gorilla, destroying everything in sight.

I walk up to the counter, and the 2 employees walk away as I approach. Incredibly rude. A young employee walks up to me and talks to me like a burden. "Sir, can you just use the kiosk?". I respond, "all I want is a soda". She rings me up. What a den of low life's. Never coming back.

Since I do not work at Taco Bell and I was paying cash. It made no sense for your employees to not work at the cashier counter but request me to use the kiosk. She was kind about it but I'm not on payroll or getting an employee discount for food. If you're under staffed or not giving adequate training to take orders and build customer service skills then shut down the location.

I went in today for lunch and when I approached the counter I noticed a woman preparing some food. She ignored me for about 3-4 minutes. She finally approach me and directed me to use their ordering computer on the wall, the computer only would allow me to pay with a credit card. When I asked about paying with cash, I was told to follow the directions on the computer, I walked out. I won't be going back. Taco Bell I guess doesn't need my business anymore.

Worst Staff Ever... 12 mins for Fries! Everyone behind the counter just ignoring the lobby. Shouting at each other, telling each other to help us customers. UGGGHHH WHYYY

Used to go here because it's close to home. Now it's order at the computers even when there's a line of people who want to order from a cashier so our orders don't get messed up. Pass on this one for now. I hope it changes back soon.
