Managers at this location are corrupt, Inder and Kenneth are the two main managers at this location and you'd think with the amount of years they've both spent at Taco Bell locations that they would have learned how to treat their employees with respect and dignity. Inder participates in time fraud while Kenneth expects everyone to do his job for him, he typically will be on line making food, screaming at customers at the front or at the back on the computer, but he'll have someone else do his activities for him because he suffers from chronic laziness. They are especially weird with teenagers that work at this location, but more specifically teenage girls. If you're inquiring about a position at this location try to find a different place in the mall as they will cut wages, expect you to do their duties for them all while making you feel uncomfortable. If you applied for a cashier position you should not be doing manager duties as managers are earning a higher wage than you but having you do the work for them. Put yourself first.

I've gotten the chips and nacho cheese twice now. The chips have a very distinct cardboard smell and taste the same, like they're very stale. I got the guacamole today as well, and it has a weird oil to it that did not mix and the taste was also off, like it had been sitting there for a while. Super disappointed in that. The food is normally really good, don't order the chips though.

Extremely slow when producing food orders. Confusion amongst paying customers of not being able to hear name or number being called when food is ready (atmosphere is very loud). Over crowding of customers near counter waiting for purchased items. Lack of product availability. Cashier was very polite.

We ordered a cheese quesadilla no sauce and it took so long. The people who ordered after us got their food before ours. We ordered one thing!! The person at the front kept asking the kitchen where our food was. Not good service at all

I ordered a meal with an iced coffee (on the app), and when I arrived to pick it up I was given an iced tea. I asked for a coffee, and the employee snapped at me and said they "don't do coffee". I pointed to the menu and asked why it was on the menu, and he again yelled at me that they don't do that. He was also not willing to give me a refund, despite the coffee being the main reason I placed the order. This location does not serve all items on their menu, I would not recommend going if you want something specific.

I know it's fast food, but I do like the tacos here, especially with a lot of hot sauce. And you need to find a place elsewhere to eat.

Worst service I have ever seen!!! order a number 6 with no people in front of me waited 15mins!! girl upfront had an attitude when i asked her for sauce she grabbed 2 and tossed it on the counter and i said sorry but i need more grabbed 4 more and tossed up on the counter again and didn't even look at me she turned like they had drive thru or orders or something ( might be rushing to her phone to text) 15 mins later i wanted a refill then she said no refills you need to buy another drink if you want another one. I said well where does it say that? also you did not tell me that this taco bell have no refills. She then said well you didn't ask me. I said am i suppose to? because every taco bell i go to even its it in the mall they refill drinks. She than said LOOK DO YOU WANT ONE OR NOT? IF NOT YOU NEED TO LEAVE!! I run multiple restaurants and if one of my employee's talk like that to a guest they would be fired on the spot. This lady was rude and very unprofessional and seems like she did not like working there. Oh and the nose ring that looks like a bull omg I can't believe they will even hire a person with that personality and image, I worked for Yum brands for a long time and this never happens, I guess after Covid they lower the standards. Don't go here unless you want to be cheated for more of your money.

I ordered a veggie nacho bell grande. This cost about 8 bucks. Barely enough beans, tomatoes, sour cream. I don't know how this would add up to 8 bucks.Vegetarian options: Seems like because I went veggie route I got less food on there.

Average Taco Bell with nice staff. The food is fine and completely expected from a Taco Bell, but the location itself is kind of dingy.Vegetarian options: Had the spicy vegan potato Taco, one of my faves!
