Don't order online for pickup.I've worked in the area for 4 years. Every time I order online and go in for pickup it takes 5-10 minutes for someone to even acknowledge that I'm standing at the counter. No one staffs the front counter and no one in the back ever even bothers to look. I've had to shout into the back area to get someone to give me my online order. It's like that every single time over the course of 4 years, so it's not just a temporary problem they're having.If you're going through the drive thru, you'll probably be fine, but I'm not about to sit in a drive thru line to get my already made online order.Today was my last straw. Not going back.

I haven’t been to Taco Bell in forever but was craving some nachos. I ordered the Nachos BellGrande with no beans. For $8.18, I am very disappointed. There was hardly any cheese or “meat” on my nachos. Most of it was just chips. For the price, I expected better. I should have just gotten nachos from California Burrito from across the street instead.

Paid almost $7 for a crunchwrap, and there was only the tiniest bit of meat in the very middle. Thanks for the tortilla and salad I guess.

The last 3 times I have gone here I have had stuff missing or incorrect in my bag I usually say something and check it in the drive thru. Today I didn’t and had to go back in from drive thru to fix it. Today was the last straw a woman came up saying she packed my bag and knew she put the burrito in the bag however it wasn’t. she accused me of taking it out and coming in. I don’t have time to be going through a drive thru then walking back in to be accused of trying to take food. I’m sure it happens but I brought the whole bag in untouched. She did give me the item and through the bag on the counter and walked away. Every single person but 2 are extremely rude it’s unacceptable.

Went and got the breakfast box got the grande breakfast burrito cause they were out of the tortilla for the wrap I asked for the sausage burrito and they only put eggs and cheese in it and I don’t recommend getting the Gatorade there it taste like cough syrup if I could get a refund I would but I’m not able to drive all the way back over there because I’m at work I will no longer be going to this Taco Bell

I was watching kitchen nightmares and went here to get a little snack for the end of the episode. What a nightmare, ?. The worst crunchwrap supreme I have ever had, the tostada was incredibly stale and went bad weeks ago. The sour cream was runny and tasted like it's been sitting out for a couple days. Honestly I had a good laugh because it fit the vibe of the show but super disappointed. Pay these people more so they start working please. Also fire the manager, that tostada is a health hazard and I am not the only person in the reviews here who has had one. Booo .
