Overall, this place is horrible. Food is unseasoned, bland at best. Actually, inedible at worst. There has been maybe once where I have consumed something that I actually enjoyed, being BBQ pork. And the only reason why its good was because its just bland pork but with really good sauce ontop that masks how awful it would be without it.
If an option tastes good, its probably one of the unhealthiest products you could consume. Or, you'll never see it again as an option for another month.
Don't go to breakfast either, its the same rotation of food everyday unlike brunch lunch and dinner. And the food is horrible

This is supposed to be a impossible burger, i had to get back in line bc dude forgot to asked me what cheese I wanted. I waited patiently for a uncooked meal & to top it off they had nothing but onions to put on my burger, this burger was plain asf i had to go to the salad bar to get lettuce i put bbq n mayo just to bite into this… i was like hell nawl ate the fries, & then grabbed some pizza. Then i had birthday cake icecream. The atmosphere gives me anxiety they have no proper order for certain food stands, ppl squeezing by you some waiting on their food but u dont know bc it’s scattered & poor communication. im not talking crap if the crap is true 🤷🏽♀️

This is the most expensive place to eat in Sacramento ... Yet ... It is "supposed" to be for independent college students and those fortunate enough to have the support of their parents ... It is just like the rent in this area ... Overpriced because the bourgeoisie know that they can force young adults to live together and still have them use the majority of the money they borrow through student loans just to have a place to sleep ...

Been here once, I got the chocolate ice cream and oh man it was amazing. I closed my eyes, like that one scene from ratatouille where the rat stuffs his mouth with cheese and fruit, and what I saw was Heaven, like I was at Willy Wonka’s Chocolate factory. I dream about the chocolate ice cream, I yearn for it, I have wanted to eat it every second of my day for the past day.4 stars because the guy at the chipotle like bar was so damn stingy with the beef, like bro its not even yours come one give me more than 3 pieces on my 2nd scoop that took all my social skills and energy to ask for.Mmmm chocolate ice cream

Beautiful dining hall. However, the food was not really good. The pizza I ate tasted kind of weird. The fruit juice had no flavor, just watery.

The coffee ice cream is so scrumptious!! Quite delightful, it endued great insight upon me. I have seen revelations, triumphs, triads of sorts. This coffee ice cream is truly revolutionary. The photo is of me after trying it for the first time (it was very yummy). 5/5 stars
My god, I would kill someone for California State University, Sacramento Dining Commons chocolate ice cream right about now. I mean that creamy cream, coupled with that sexy cocoa beans, the kick of those delicious balls of caramel sauce, and the salty, seasoned square of gummy worms that is always fresh and never frozen cannot be topped anywhere. Every time I bite into a California State University, Sacramento Dining Commons chocolate ice cream, it’s like it’s making love to my tastebuds. I don’t even like eating ice cream; unless it’s California State University, Sacramento Dining Commons chocolate ice cream.
My **** looked exactly like the luscious chocolate ice cream I just shoveled down my esophagus. The photo is me on the toilet unloading 7 bowls of the glorious ice cream.
