I ordered the pastrami #9. The pastrami was old, grisly and very little on the sandwich. The sandwich was mostly lettuce and very little pickles, tomatoes etc. It definitely was not worth the cost.

Was driving by and saw they had a new cheese steak sandwich that looks like it is grilled meat with bell peppers and mushrooms. It’s very appetizing looking at the photo so I ordered it not only did I not receive what I assume the order but the sandwich was put in the microwave, the meat was boiled. The vegetables were boiled in water and then sat on top of the sandwich. It made the bread soggy then there are some kind of mail. They put on there that made it even soggier. There’s no flavor on the meat nor the bell peppers, nor on the mushrooms, the mushrooms look like they everything got boiled and put on the sandwich. It’s not a cheesesteak that was a boiled sandwich. I’m very disappointed Aggravated and I’m going to pray I’m going to sue for false advertisement

I used GrubHub to order a Togo sandwich because I wasn't feeling well and I wanted something to eat and I couldn't drive. The order came and it was the incorrect food. I called Togo's and told them and they apologized and said they'd have it go out in 5 more minutes correct? One. I waited 40 minutes. I called and they said oh no you have to come pick it up. I was really shocked that they thought I was going to pay for GrubHub delivery and a driver tip and then go pick it up myself anyway because they screwed up. I used to go to Togo's about once a week and I believe I will now be boycotting them indefinitely. I am absolutely disappointed in the way they handled this customer service. I don't recommend going to Togo's if you want to correct order. They used to be good but they've gone way way way downhill

My son & I visited this particular Togos at 6:30 on a Wednesday evening. Nobody was in the restaurant yet it still took the one employee a good 5 minutes to finish whatever it was he was doing to come take our orders. We ordered hot pastrami sandwiches that cost me $29.86. Yes, the prices have gone way up! The rude youngster listened halfhearted as we gave him our order. Well, 15 minutes later our sandwiches were finally in the bag and ready to escape the company of this youngster who hates his job. We arrived home and with pure excitement unwrapped our sandwiches only to discover that the employee failed to listen to our order because both our sandwiches had no produce on them and consisted of a couple tough pieces of pastrami on them! If you can believe this -this fool didn't put Mayo or mustard on either sandwich! It was dry bread and some dried-out meat! We tossed them in the trash and had scrambled eggs instead! The following day I contacted the general manager, Kendra, at Togos and shared our experience the previous night. She told me there was nothing she could do and for me to have a nice day! I was shocked! I'll never visit that Togos again. In unsure if I'll even eat at any Togos again! Please don't think that the photos in Togo's ads are what you'll get! Far from it! Too bad because I use to enjoy Togos!

I will admit although I knew togos existed, I never paid it any attention for whatever reason. I went for the first time yesterday and long story short I came back today for another one. Yesterday was a hot ham, turkey and cheese on Parmesan bread & today was a cold albacore tuna on Parmesan. Both sandwhiches however the tuna was the most memorable. Their Parmesan bread is much better than Ike's IMO. My mouth isn't bleeding after eating it the restaurant is kept clean & I appreciate it being attached to baskin Robbins!

To the three workers (two young gentlemen and a woman) that worked here at 8:29 on September 2 . You guys were amazing and I am sorry that those three had to experience a rude customer that came in that store and threw stuff at them. They honestly were kept calm and did their thing and still worked through. That’s a worker right there.

Same as of the other posters — Horrible customer service. And since they like to hide the counter so you can’t watch, you have no chance to find out the sandwich is totally wrong until you leave. The employees are absolutely horrendous. Rude, get the order wrong and constantly on their phones. I always have to interrupt their texting to order. Today it was a turkey and cheddar with lettuce, tomato, peppercini and jalapeño. What I got was a turkey sandwich with no cheese no tomato no jalapeño, but we surely charged for the cheese I never got. A number 3 comes with cheese. Not too tough. And I actually had to pay separately for the chips because they never got rung in and I decided to be honest, probably should have not said anything and let the poor employee get fired, which is what is deserved based on her attitude and eyerolls from me interrupting her texting. Will never go to this location again. It’s always a bad experience and if I want attitude from teenagers, I’ll just go home for that.
