Picked up a pizza today and was not impressed. I paid for extra toppings and most slices only had one or two pieces of the veggies I paid for, some slices didn't even have any. They also tried to charge me for cheese and peppers like wow money hungry much.... Like who or where do they charge for cheese and pepper?! Anyway anywhere but here is better

Terrible Service. I ordered online and waited 30 minutes for NOTHING!! I got a confirmation and everything, and apparently they were OUT OF DOUGH??!! It would've been nice to have been notified. Some guy up front said they called me to let me know but they most definitely DID NOT. This is utterly ridiculous and I am upset about them having wasted my time. I do not recommend this place period.

PIZZA HUT! Pizza Hut is way better than Little Caesar's and Round Table. Yeah, it's not on the best side of town but it has the best pizza in town. I love their chocolate pizza to! But you have to eat it within 3 hours or it'll get very hard. The line does take long but it's worth the wait!

They seriously need to change managers, one time I was on hold for 15+ minutes so I drove over there, thinking that they were busy, with my phone on and they were not busy nobody was even on the phones and I was still on hold. I talk to the manager and he just did not care at all that is just not how you run a business

I ordered online. the drive thru cleric was nice a quick. A little to quick cuz they FORGOT to give me my drink!! I called to get my money back turns out they can only credit it to themselves, meaning I have to go back. But I only have one month to validate my credit after that it's no longer valid. The food was hot and tasty.

I order Pizza and Wings here i would say maybe once a month. The Food always comes out the way it should, and the employees are super friendly.

This place sucks, ordered a stuff crust pizza, rest of the pizza was the thinnest slices ice ever seen they didnt even put cheese on the rest of the slice. Pizza was burnt and when I went to complain the manager was rude. The plates were even dirty!

Used to love Pizza Hut, but this will be the last time ordering. Pizza is ok, but the whole 'Service fee to offset doing business in California' is simply a crooked way to get more $$. I understand the cost of doing business continues to rise (for ALL businesses in CA, P Hut!!) but if a business is going to advertise this as a reason to charge a fee, why not go a step further and out the CA politicians and/or reasons for the increased costs! I would have mnore respect for a business who does this than obtuse reasoning

Worst customer service ever. Placed an order for delivery at 4:16pm. I got a confirmation email. Called them at 5:30 just to get put on hold for 10minutes, I was just trying to figure out if they were on their way with my order. I called through my home phone and was placed for additional 5minutes on hold, they ended up telling me my order wasn't placed when my order literally said it was being baked. Their excuse was that my last phone number digit was missing so they canceled it. Really bad customer service, never order online. Rude customer service.

Ate here with my wife, pizza was good. the drinks taste weird, the water used to mix this drinks had an awful taste to it. Also they charge a "service charge". This was us eating in, so not associated with a "delivery fee". They also include an option to add a tip on the receipt if you pay by credit card. I don't think Pizza Hut wants my business.
