Ice cream is awesome here, bit pricy, but worth it. Place is clean and comfortable. Service is a tad slow. I had to wait 10 minutes for someone to come out from the backroom.

I was rushed during my visit here at San Bernardino Afters ice cream. The light was not even on when arriving here so it was very hard to find. I came at 10pm and was not greeted. When trying to figure out what flavor to get the young lady let us know that they were closing soon (in one hour) and they were only offering scoops of ice cream. I wanted an ice cream sandwich but they weren't offering that so I asked for a sample of ice cream and they said they were not sampling right now because they are closing soon. While the other 6 workers are in the back wearing trash bags and playing loud music for their "potluck".

It's a hot summer day on a Friday. This place made my afternoon. I ordered one scoop of Madagascar Vanilla in a cup and one Milky Bun. SEE PICTURES AND VIDEOS. They only accept card parments.* Located at The Shops at University Park* Across from Cal State San Bernardino* Very clean interior and exterior* Indoor and outdoor seating* Merch available for purchase, such as shirts and hats* Awesome mountain views* Lots of parking* Wheelchair accessible* CARD PAYMENTS ONLYThe only downside for me is that they don't accept cash. I don't know why. However, my experience was great. It was a hot day and it felt so good to unwind the mind a bit and eat some cold stuff inside an A/C cooled establishment. As far as I could tell there was only one employee during my visit. I didn't see anyone else, but I suppose there could've been another employee in the back somewhere. I recommend this place. The ice cream is good. This place could be so much better with a little more enthusiasm. I always hope an ice cream place will be fun. This place is not fun. It's more like "hurry up and order so we can get you out of here". Most of the time, the person at the counter can't even explain the flavors.

Inconsistent hours and you can never trust that they will be open. We drove 30 minutes for ice cream at 830pm. Hours listed say open until midnight. Pull up at 9pm and doors are locked and employees are on their phones and chatting. Definitely not going back after this.

Place was clean. I only saw one employee but there were no other customers. Plenty of seating and it was very quiet inside at that time which was around 3:45 pm. I got a double scoop of ice cream for $7.95 and $1.00 extra for the cake cone. It was some good size scoops and they offer toppings. Lots of different flavors that you might not find at another ice cream shop. I would recommend this place.
Came to try it today because it's 89 right now and my kids want ice cream they're hot. Came out this way but they only accept card no cash.

Came in to get some ice cream. The workers acknowledged I came in but continued to chit chat with their friends. Both workers. Talking instead of helping me out. I waited patiently, 5 minutes or so. No help. I was not about to ask to be served when that is their job to do in the first place. Ended up walking out...do better. Hire people that actually can do their job not a kid that wants to talk to their friends and just get paid to talk there.

Terrible. Ordered for delivery from their website, 3 pints. When I received the order only one of the pints I ordered was there along with 2 other flavors I absolutely did not want. An employee wrote on the packaging with sharpie that 2 of my flavors were out of stock. Why would you take my money and give me 2 flavors I never asked for!? At the very least reach out to me to ask. I would have canceled the whole order if I knew they were out of those 2. Of course there is no working phone number to receive a refund. Will be having to dispute the charge.
