I ordered to go the chick taking my order was rude didn't seem to care about her job then I paid $60 for two meals and the chicken bone-in was so dry you had to take a sip of water as you chewed it just so you can get it down I wouldn't go here again

If I could give zero stars I would but my experience here was horrible. I got here around 2:40 and it took a while for the waiter to even stop to ask for my order. I ordered wings 5 barbecue, 5 mango hot, and 5 original hot. Everything was going smooth until 30 mins passed so I asked the waiter if my wings were ready by any chance. She said give me one moment I will check. Another 30 mins passed and I asked again she said “they are holding them right now but ima go check again”. I understand she is busy but the kitchen needs to step up their game. After an hour some random dude placed the wings on the table. He just dropped off the tray and left like nothing. I got my wings but actually they were COLD and the order was completely different. I told the waiter I don’t want them and I left. Wasted 1 hr to WRONG order and just sitting there. Thx buffalo wild wings<3

Wish I could give a 0 customer service was God awful was accused of stealing wings I never received by the employee that bagged my food I didn't even leave the store for a minute before I took it back in the store because my order wasn't right I was in the military so I have experience with rude food workers but never have i been accused of stealing once everything was worked out I just asked for a refund never will I go here again never

Saw a roach man, it’s not the outdoor kind either! ? San Bernardino shenanigans. ??? we left the food there, proceeded to wait 30 mins for any server to finally attend my group and I for the bill after numerous attempts to call them over and either being ignored or told to wait. Given what we found, we should have just walked out, don’t get me started on the disgusting booths and food gunk under the tables, go in with clean shoes, leave with dirty sticky shoes with a side of food gunk.
I hadn’t been back since they remodeled called ahead to see if there was a wait time and they told me there was no line. We got there got seated right away they took are order right away to but we waited 45 minutes for them to give us our food I think that it’s an outrageous amount of time out waiter kept saying it be out in 5 minutes and once we got out food it was cold the only thing that was hot were our fries we had order a house samper and the nachos had been sitting am guess in the kitchen the chips were soggy and the onion rings were cold as well as the mozzarella sticks. I still paid but I don’t think for the amount I spent I think they need to have way better service.

This location needs help! Terrible management & terrible customer service. Took 45 minutes to get 10 wings, and they came out way overcooked & cold. How is that even possible??? Sent them back & waited for another 30 minutes for the new ones. Second round came out so burnt they were not even edible. Waitress blamed being busy but we were 1 of 3 tables sat in her section. Manager was well award of the situation yet didnt come by once to offer an apology. Just kept walking by the table looking the other direction. What a joke, & a huge waste of hard earned money. It will certainly be A cold day in hell before I visit the San Bernadino location again... Get better B Dub!
