Food is good. Nice and friendly people. The place is very dirty. Dirty walls, Dirty floors.Food: 4/5
This restaurant has stooped to an ultimate low to get business. They advertise on postmates/ DoorDash and 3rd party delivery apps as "Maggianos Italian Restaurant". Yesterday I decided to order from what I thought was this Italian restaurant because it looked good on postmates. Let me tell you, it was the most DISGUSTING deplorable food I have ever eaten. We ordered 3 items: #1 chicken Parmesan comes with penne pasta and marinara sauce #2 alfredo pasta with chicken -#3 cheese ravioli with marinara sauce. We got sick INSTANTLY. This food was literally probably out of a can. The chicken for the chicken parm was so rubbery and not cooked right at all. Now on top of everything I said they're HIGHLY priced like a GOURMET Italian restaurant. I go to find them on yelp- low and behold they don't exist. Googled the address and up pops Chilis. I called them and asked them about it and they said yes, it's the same kitchen. What in the actual heck? They called it a "ghost" establishment. This is called FALSE ADVERTISEMENT to earn business and you should be SUED. They refused to give me a refund.
I met a couple of business friends here last Monday 10/17/22. We had a server named Johnny and he was walking around with his head in the clouds. The worst service ever. My two business associates had to be back to work and they were stressed out. They we're out of food. Horrible service.
We arrived at 445 sat down at 5 and ordered we got the soup at 515 and then the steak and burgers at 620 yes over an hour! The steak that I ordered medium was more than well done and cold so was the burgers and sides the manager took it off the bill the waiter was good but I will not be back the location on Alessandro is excellent I will go there from now on
We sat at the bar for our lunch the bartender was very friendly very professional we enjoyed our experience and our food
Ordered a triple dipper egg rolls and chicken was burnt. Called to inform management and he laughed as he hung up the phone. I can truly say I'm disappointed with my food for the first time.
Since trying new locations to find a new steady watering hole I went back to an old stomping ground that I used to visit in-between classes years back when attending culinary school. After work a coworker and I visited Chili's. The atmosphere from what I remember hadn't really changed much. Staff was very friendly and service was a little slow but consistent. Everybody there was happy and friendly. Again, for me music makes the place. They were playing oldies ? well sports were on the tv's. Service was great. Food was fantastic. Very tasty and flavorful. Food came out pretty quick and was served with a smile. Will definitely be back to see if it wasn't just a one time fluke. But I do recommend trying Chili's ??
Overall experience was good. Food was tasty, the gentleman who seated us was friendly as well as the person who served our food and drinks. But the waitress taking our order was not pleasant or friendly at all! I didn't want to leave a tip at all! Not being sure if it went to the unfriendly waitress or the person who actually brought our food and drinks out we left a tip. Will go again as i like the food they offer. They could use a bit of cleaning around the tables and the machine at table they use for card payments is dirty.
Came on #margzforbarz day.Great appetizers, tasty drinks and awesome deals. The 3 for Me is a go to of mine. I recommend the honest chipotle chicken, sliders, buffalo wings and mozzarella sticks. If you’re 21+ get yourself a $5 margarita!
TERRIBLE ME A SINGLE FATHER TRYING TO PROVIDE A MEAL FOR MY SON VIA CURBSIDE PICKUP THIS FACILITY SAID THAT A HOMELESS PERSON CAN STEAL YOUR ORDER AND ALL THEY DID WAS GOVE MY SON SOME FREE CHIPS AND WE HAD TO WAIT A ADDTIONAL 20mins while others were Getting there food THEY WILL NEVER GET ANTHER PENNY FROM 9/18/22 Chills on hospitality
Whenever myself and a couple of my friends can get together for lunch we enjoy going to this Chili's location! We always enjoy seeing Mike. He is a fantastic bartender and server! Our drinks were kept full and he checked on us often to make sure we didn't need anything! We love their chips and salsa and I only took a picture of my sandwich, which was the Bacon Avocado Grilled Chicken sandwich! It was delicious!
It was truly a busy night; but once we finally got seated and our sever arrived it was pleasant. Melissa was so great and very attentive.
Poor customer service, food is at done at all I got the fajitas it was grossss asf all our food was cold and gross waiters were rude except one the manager was nice but over all the experience was horrible...
Chilis is located off E Hospitality in San Bernardino with plenty of parking. I will start by saying our server/bartender was great. No issues there at all other than both my husband and I asking for no tomatoes on our entrees and both of us receiving tomatoes . ( this doesn't necessarily mean it was his issue, it could have been back of house). We sat at the end of the bar near the kitchen and at one point the back of the house was BLARING their music . Because we were sitting in the bar, we were able to hear the bar music AND the music from the kitchen and it was just unpleasant to even try to have a conversation. We didn't want to leave our server in the middle of us eating so we just stayed there and got through our meal. They finally turned their music down and we were able to stay for another drink. We also did not have a condiment cady or menus so we had to go get one off a nearby table and our self checkout kiosk was broken . Again, service was good but there were just a few things here that could be a bit better .
Service and food was amazing, cleanliness was not that great. They can do better by making sure chairs are wiped down all around as well as the presto machine to pay.
