Went last weekend. And my experience/service was HORRIBLE. We dined in and waited an hour to get our food. The server didn’t even serve our drinks first. We had to ask her after our food was brought out! And after waiting for an hour my order was wrong!! I didn’t get to sit down and enjoy my food like I really wanted. I wanted to love this place. But I don’t know if I’ll be back.

chicken was good, everyone loved it BUT... I spent $200 for food to be delivered for an office lunch. placed my order at 10am. they open at 11am and the food was supposed to be done and delivered by 1230pm. the delivery driver text me at 1200 saying the restaurant had just started cooking my order when he arrived so it would be delivered about 1245. spoke to the driver several more times and he said all the employees were in the back and nobody was in front to ask about the order. I called the restaurant non-stop and nobody ever answered so I finally drove to the restaurant at 2pm to see what happened. some lady there, who didn't seem to care at all, had no answers for the long delay. the delivery driver was just leaving with my order at 2pm when I arrived there. I took my food from the driver that they gave him to deliver and finally got back to my office 2 hours later than when the food was supposed to be delivered. got into the office to find they didn't give me half of my order. I ordered two family meals that should of got me a total of 8 side dishes... I got none! calls to the restaurant went unanswered the entire day. as I said previously... the chicken was good but terrible service! we will never be ordering from here again.

Pros:Chicken Tenders (2) Seasoned well. Waffles were delicious Cons: Wait times on food, Plastic cutlery, Drinks werent given to us until I went to the counter to ask for them. This place has potential if they upgraded a few things such as the cutlery. Drinks should be given immediately especially coffee. Appetizers since the kitchen was busy. I also orderded a Catfish dinner, with Sides (Greens and fried okra), which was all delicious and flavorful. For the price ,Id like to see slightly larger portions and faster service.Parking: Small shared Parking Lot

Today me and my family tried out this, I Love Chicken and Waffles and let me just say the food was AMAZING!! We had the chicken waffles collard greens mac and cheese and hush puppies….on POINT!! the service however was just all over the place (the reason for my 3star on service) ….the cashier was also our waiter and she seem a little scattered and probably new as she didnt know how to work a cash register. She disappeared and a new cashier walked in and I guess he was our new server. He assume we had everything we needed such as silverware, napkins, butter syrup and the rest of our order. We kind of started eating with our hands lol before the new cashier guy came in the building. He was apologetic when we asked for forks. But the food was so good that the service didnt phase me. One thing you will notice is the place look a little sketchy (the reason for my 1 star on atmosphere) when you walk in and empty….but in consideration it is in a questionable area and the place do not stand out when you see it from the outside. If it wasnt for their food and restaurant popping up on yelp and google i probably would have never tried the place. Plus Im 8months pregnant and was craving some good waffles and fried chicken and this place did NOT DISAPPOINT! I will be returning with the rest if the fam. ?

Let me just start by saying this place is delicious and I will be back.Me being picky though the mac and cheese was a little to peppery, but it was gooey and cheesyThe fried chicken was perfectly crispy my only issue was that the chicken taste like it was fried in the same oil the fish was fried in ??♂️Waffles were delicious, sweet and fluffyBut like I said I will be back to try more stuff idc I'll drive the 25 min

Ordered chicken and waffles, macaroni n cheese, and collard greens. The chicken was crispy and well seasoned. Waffles were also good. Mac n Cheese was delicious as well as the collard greens. Our server was very helpful and sweet. She also gave us some fried okra to taste, was also tasty.

if someone says this place is nasty they are lying because the chicken is seasoned so good i wanted more even though i was full. the mac and cheese is so cheesy n nice. they did good on the fries. im definitely going to be a returning customer. also the cashier (sorry im bad with names) was super nice, easy to talk to and charismatic??
