I've eaten here many times and my order is only occasionally correct. When I call to let the manager know, I get a response that amounts to something like, ...Lunchtime is busy and the staff don't always get everything correct...Really? Not a great way to run a business and I give up. I will say that, when my order was made correctly, it was delicious.

The food is good. It's Jimmy Johns. The store is always clean when I go there but delivery is a joke. When I pick it up I know the sandwich literally takes seconds to make. I work on campus which is across the street. It should not take over 30 minutes to deliver. I'm looking at the tracker and we are at 40 min now and I still have no sandwich. I could have gone there and back 15 times. This is not acceptable. Oh and I work the tip into the order so I've tipped 20% for something...read full review

I want to first start off with saying, I've always been a fan of Jimmy John's sandwich's because of their bread and options. First walking in, we were very skeptical of their "B" rating because we were always told that it's very hard to receive a "B" rating, like there has to be something very wrong... but upon entry, it's a very clean environment and relevantly new.
