Everytime I come here the staff is great super cool and chill. My son and I went the other day after the gym and my son is in love with that PB horchata smoothie and it was a limited time item. But the guy working Jose said he could still make it for us he did and even upgraded my son's to a large free of charge super cool guy.

We today 3 young employees 2 young men and a young lady both were more interested in what drink she made for herself before she left work. Receipt shows Jose p server. He was polite and fast too fast like the base of the drink is made and they add what I want. Drink seems watered down. Did not taste as good as we are use to. Water down drinks are a rip off

This is my go-to smoothie location. The smoothies are flavorful and regardless of the number of customers, there is not an extended wait. The staff are actually much nicer than the owner and service is better when she is not around.

Just want to give the Sunday evening crew a shout out for their great service. Thank you Elisa and Fernando! We did come close to closing time because we didn't realize they were about to close but the cashier extremely sweet and helpful. The other employee got to work quickly to make our smoothies and bowls. Smoothies were perfect consistency. Thanks again guys.

I paid $9 for a medium cup of RAW Juice and got half my drink foamy. I called in to pre-order my drink 10mins before I arrived, and it wasnt ready for pick up. When I walked into juice it up there was no energy in the room the 2 employee didnt even look my way to greet. Wish I can get my money back for the foamy drink or at least half my money back. Lol I feel played
No greeting. Didn't ask if I wanted a boost No thank you for coming in. The two ladies there looked sad or upset, not really sure. Maybe no people skills? Who knows. Nice clean store. The Weekend was playing on the overhead and he dropped a few F bombs, I don't believe this appropriate for a family type buisness. That was my very first time there. My smoothie is really yummy. I'm not going back. It felt REALLY awkward being in there.

Sadly I wasn't very pleased with my visit today, I go in and order a regular açaí bowl and the man at the cashier wasn't being helpful at all. When I asked for peanut butter mixed in they didn't offer any of the bananas, strawberries, granola so I had to repeat all of it (the service in Eastvale always asks me if I want them on top) but this person didn't atleast let me know or offer the usual. On top of that I didn't notice until I left that I was charged incorrectly! I noticed something was off about the price for a regular açaí bowl being $12.35!im not complaining but the fact that I didn't even get a large dissapoints me. The bowl itself seemed very rushed since I kept getting little balls of ice in my spoon fulls (not fully blended). Sadly won't be returning, I can't afford to loose money when it's not worth it, especially as a college student. 02/22/2023

I feel the service was quick maybe because it was empty but the gentleman handling the register was nice. The acai bowls lack in the amount of toppings that they give for the price that they are. Maybe that was only due to the girl who made them. They were definitely really melted so we had to take them home to freeze some more.

Not really worth the price. They give you a melted cup of acai with next to no toppings. Way too watery. Service is quick. But quality over quantity rules. They have neither here.
