I have a large family so I ordered a 16pc family pack and an 8pc on its own. After being told my selection of chicken style was no longer available, after I ordered if I may add, I was pretty much forced to take original. I was handed my food and left. Got home to just a 15, not 16pc. I wish this was the first time something like this happened at this particular location ut it isn't. Last time I was told I would have a credit only to have no one remember. Today I called in to report the issue only to be put on hold and repeatedly ignored. KFC is worth the inflated price but only to an extent. First time I give any place anything less than 3 stars

Ordered 3 of 8-piece wings. Got to the drive-thru around 7:20 pm, and a female employee told me that they only had 26 pieces of wings, but told her that I only ordered 24. When pulled up to the window, she handed the bag and then immediately close the window and walked away. Upon checking the food, there were few things missing including chicken wings. There were a total of 21 wings instead of 24, and no sauces. We ordered 3 bufflo ranches as well. Had to wait until someone notices us and opened the window again. Notified the same female employee that we are misisng 3 wings and sauces, and also asked for some napkins and forks, then she told me that they did not have enough wings (she said the cook was not there) but she can give me 3 pieces of other chicken. It seemed she already knew that there was not enough wings in the bag but did not bother to tell us (she did not even check whether they had more wings or not). After few moments, she handed me another bag with 3 pieces and sauces, but we later learned that she still forgot about forks and napkins. We live about 4 miles away and we got home less than 10 mins, but wings tasted stale and soaggy. It was simply horrble. Soaggy batter and fat/skin made the texture like rubber. 3 pieces of original chicken were the same.; soaggy (wet and greasy batter) and cold. It took us less than 20 mins to get home and started eating, but chickens were not even warm. My kids ended up peeling the skin and only ate the meat and my 17-year old who had no dinner stopped eating after 2 wings. Should there have been a better way to deal with the order if they knew they did not have enough items or items were stale? I felt like we were dumped with unsold, stale scraps. I would never go back to this location, and would not recommend anyone to eat there. Another restaurant added to our "never-eat-there-again" list. What a horrible experience.

I really like kfc but this one does not know how long to cook the chicken ..raw chicken is nasty I should of took it back.!!! This was not the 1st time what a waste I should of just waited at staters for their chicken..im done with this kfc..ZERO STARS!!

Pulled up to drive thru to order and after a long wait get said they were out of: (enter long list of items) and then after we ordered just two classic chicken sandwiches we were asked to only pull up half way through drive thru and stop and she would wave her hand for us to proceed to the window when she was ready for us. What the heck was that about? Neither of us had any idea and the girl when we got to the window just shook her head and said "nevermind" when we asked. So my cousin who was driving and ordering asked if she could get just a small coke, on the house, since we already paid and they were out of root beer and Sprite and half of the food menu and made us wait so long to pull up to the window and... And... And... but the girl said NO BUT I CAN GET YOU WATER. Proceed to getting food... After we drove off I pulled out my sandwich and it was like luke warm at best and the supposed chicken in the sandwich was so dry and edges hard as a rock I couldn't even eat the thing. My cousin waited until she got home to try her sandwich and threw hers away after trying one bite saying it tasted bad and old. Last visit to this same KFC about a year ago I remember was all bad too but I can't remember the specifics other than I said THAT TIME I wasn't going back to that KFC but alas I did and only because my cousin insisted but she is sorry now.

He got my food wrong I tried calling him for a whole week and they never answer my call and I left my name and number with an employee and never ever got called back so I would have eyes for nobody to ever go to this because they just don't care.

Although the staff was friendly and I was in and out of the drive thru, ... The food was out of line. The fries weren't fries they were chips, ... COLD chips the nuggets were ... Like balls of fried skin. I paid $14+ , they didnt mind giving me old
